Objective:In this study, the manipulation of acupuncture and moxibustion, tonifying the liver and kidney, and purgation of heat, combined with bining decoction, was used to treat chronic uric acid nephropathy of the type of damp heat and liver and kidney deficiency, observe the changes of TCM symptom scores and various therapeutic indexes before and after treatment,it is proved that the manipulation of acupuncture and moxibustion for tonifying the liver and kidney and relieving heat combined with bining decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, therapeutic indexes and pain degree of chronic uric acid nephropathy patients with damp heat and deficiency of liver and kidney, and improve the therapeutic effect of this disease. Methods:Select 40 patients with chronic uric acid nephropathy that meet the diagnostic criteria of damp heat content and liver and kidney deficiency types, random number method was used to divide into control group and treatment group, with 20 cases in each group. The control and treatment groups all had unilateral acupuncture at Xingjian,Shaofu,Lidui, and Shangqiu. After routine disinfection of the above acupoint, use acupuncture to twist and twist to achieve heat-clearing effect, each operation for 60 seconds, the control group and the treatment group all had acupuncture on one side of Ququan,Taixi,Yingu, and Jingqu, using acupuncture to lift and twist to achieve the effect of nourishing liver and kidney, each operation for 30 seconds, acupuncture is performed every two days. The control group combined allopurinol tablets with 100 mg on the basis of acupuncture treatment and was taken orally twice a day.The treatment group was combined with Bining Decoction on the basis of acupuncture treatment. One dose of 300ml was taken daily, and it was taken twice daily in warm morning and evening after meals, the control group and treatment group were both treated for 8 weeks.Based on the changes in TCM symptom scores, efficacy indicators(Serum uric acid,Serum creatinine,Serum cystatin C,Blood urea nitrogen,24-hour urinary protein quantification,Urine ?2-microglobulin)and pain levels(using the VAS table)Rating, the statistical data SPSS22.0 was used to sort the collected data.In order to evaluate the operation of acupuncture to nourish liver and kidney and clearing heat, combined Bining Decoction for the treatment of patients with chronic uric acid nephropathy with damp-heat content and liver and kidney deficiency typeResults:1.After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of patients in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05)2.After treatment, the observation groups such as Serum uric acid,Serum creatinine,Serum cystatin C,Blood urea nitrogen,24-hour urinary protein quantification,Urine ?2-microglobulin,and pain VAS score were significantly better than the control group.Statistical significance(P<0.05)3.After treatment, the overall effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,and the overall effective rate of the control group was 75%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05)4.During the treatment period, the patients in the treatment group and the control group did not experience any significant adverse events or allergies.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture and tonifying therapy combined with Bining Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic uric acid nephropathy with damp heat content and liver and kidney deficiency.2.Acupuncture and tonifying liver and kidney and clearing heat combined with Bining Decoction can improve the TCM syndrome scores,Serum uric acid,Serum creatinine,Serum cystatin C,Blood urea nitrogen,24h urine protein quantification,Urine ?2 microglobulin and pain VAS scores.
