Study On The Medication Law Of Famous Old Chinese Medicine Huang Yongsheng In Treating Tachyarrhythmia

Objective: Through retrospective collation and research of the effective case files of Professor Huang Yongsheng's outpatient treatment of patients with tachyarrhythmia,the statistical analysis has drawn conclusions,and explores and summarizes the rules of medication of Professor Huang Yongsheng,a famous old Chinese doctor,for tachyarrhythmia.Methods: Through the way of out-patient follow-up and medical record arrangement,I collected the effective clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 171 patients with tachyarrhythmia from January 2014 to January 2019 hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine Huang Yongsheng,using SPSS 23.0 statistical software to analyze the data and frequency analysis of commonly used medication indicators for tachyarrhythmia;binary classification Logistic regression analysis method to analyze Professor Huang Yongsheng's medication and tachyarrhythmia Potential regularity between different types of arrhythmia;frequency analysis and correlation analysis of Chinese medicines in prescriptions of patients who meet the inclusion criteria.Results:1.This study found that the onset of tachyarrhythmias is age-gathering,and most often occur in middle-aged and elderly patients aged 41-65 years.The average age of 171 patients was(54.596 ± 14.612)years.There are slightly more women than men,including 103 female patients,accounting for 60.23% of the total number;68 male patients,accounting for 39.77%of the total number.2.Among the 95 Chinese medicines involved in this study,the highest frequency of use was Salvia miltiorrhiza,171 times,and the utilization rate was as high as 100%;the frequency of drug use ? a total of 11 times of 80 times,respectively,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Amomum villosum,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Shiwei,Zizyphus jujuba,Jiangxiang,sandalwood,magnet,Astragalus,Bombyx mori and purple quartz.The first three types of drugs are tonic medicine,blood circulation and stasis medicine,and qi regulating medicine;the main medicines in toniccirculation are astragalus,amethyst,lily,licorice and atractylodes;the main drugs in blood circulation and stasis regulating medicine are salvia miltiorrhiza,Chuanxiong;The main drugs in the medicine are sandalwood,coriander shell,and green peel.3.The medicinal properties of the commonly used drugs in this study are mainly mild,and the frequency of use of warm drugs is 45.46%;the flavors are mainly sweet,bitter,and bitter,and the frequency of use is 48.04%,40.83%,37.41%;,Accounting for 53.96% of all drugs,and at the same time,the drugs attributed to the heart,stomach,spleen,and lungs are also frequently used,with frequencies of 43.66%,39.27%,38.39%,and 37.47%.4.Distribution according to the syndrome,the composition of each syndrome in 171 cases can be summarized,from high to low 77.19% for blood stasis syndrome,69.56% for qi deficiency syndrome,34.50% for yin deficiency syndrome,33.91% for phlegm and turbidity syndrome,Qi stagnation syndrome was 14.04%,blood deficiency syndrome was 11.70%,and yang deficiency syndrome was 4.68%.There were 22 groups of syndromes,of which the combination of two and three certificates was the most,accounting for 77.23%.The most common syndromes in this study were blood stasis syndrome + qi deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome + qi deficiency syndrome + yin deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome+ phlegm turbid syndrome,blood stasis syndrome + phlegm turbid syndrome + qi deficiency syndrome and yin deficiency syndrome.5.By association analysis,it was concluded that professor huang yongsheng often used medicine for the treatment of tachyarrhythmia for lily-hehuan skin,purple quartz-magnetite,salvia miltiorrhiza-amomum-low incense,chuanxiong-shiwei,astragalus-cui-grassa,astragalus-grass-Atractylodes macrocephala.The commonly used prescriptions were self-made lily zhijie decoction,salvia miltiorrhiza drink and jingfang huangqi Guizhi wuwu decoction.6.High frequency medications for 72 cases of ventricular premature beats included salvia miltiorrhiza,Amomum villosum,Chuanxiong,Shiwei,jujube kernel,magnet,sandalwood,lily,acacia skin,amethyst,and stone calamus.The main prescriptions were salvia miltiorrhiza and Lily Zhiying decoction.High frequency medications for 54 cases of atrial premature beatsincluded Salvia miltiorrhiza,Amomum villosum,Astragalus membranaceus,Ziziphus jujuba,Sandalwood,Polygonum multiflorum,Cicada,Silkworm,Sophora flavescens;the main prescriptions were Danshen drink and Sanshen drink.Forty-five patients with atrial fibrillation used high-frequency medication including Danshen,Amomum villosum,Jiangxiang,Sophora flavescens,Guizhi,Licorice,Jujube,Astragalus;the main prescriptions were Danshen drink and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.Conclusion:1.Professor huang yongsheng to treat tachyarrhythmia,regardless of partial deficiency,make good use of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,such as salvia miltiorrhiza,chuanxiong,etc.,prescription to make good use of salvia miltiorrhiza drink;at the same time pay attention to protect spleen and stomach,make good use of astragalus,licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala and so on.2.Professor Huang Yongsheng is good at treating rapid arrhythmia,and is good at treating the liver from the liver.The most common medicine is the foot Jueyin and liver meridian.The commonly used drugs are Danshen,Chuanxiong,Jiangxiang,etc.3.Professor huang yongsheng for the treatment of tachyarrhythmia,commonly used drugs for lily-hehuan skin,purple quartz-magnet,salvia miltiorrhiza-amomum villosum-lowering incense,chuanxiong-shiwei,astragalus-Guizhi-licorice.
