Study On Clinical Syndrome Differentiation Of Professor Huang Yongsheng In Treating Coronary Heart Disease

Purpose: summarize the clinical syndrome differentiation law of Professor Huang Yongsheng in treating coronary heart disease.Method: Prof.Huang Yongsheng studio has been finishing the original data in the Excel table of cases of coronary heart disease,frequency analysis using SPSS software for data entry,there will be a high frequency factor further clustering,get the clustering results,the dialectical application of syndromes,the syndrome of clustering discrimination,differentiation finally professor Huang Yongsheng treatment coronary heart disease.Result: The frequency of coronary heart disease symptoms entries in more than 10% of the total of 34,cluster into 3 categories in accordance with clinical practice,first types of syndromes of disease syndrome factor for stomach disease syndrome to qi stagnation,Qi deficiency,second kinds of syndrome type of syndrome elements of disease location,disease syndrome of Yang,third types of syndromes syndrome factor for liver disease syndrome of yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.Conclusion: Professor Huang Yongsheng's treatment of coronary heart disease,mostly from the liver,kidney and stomach treatment,to Qi,Qi,Yang,Ziyin based.The treatment of coronary heart disease were divided into 3 types,divided into two specific deficiency of Qi and blood,stagnation of liver Qi syndrome(chest pain,chest tightness,chest pain),belch,pantothenic acid,bloating,fatigue,palpitations,shortness of breath,dry mouth,mouth pain,upset,sigh,poor sleep.Yang qi stagnation,cold and heat syndrome(chest pain,chest tightness,chest pain),dry eye,tinnitus,cold,cold limbs,thin pulse string,red tongue,pale tongue,cyanosis,dizziness,thin white fur.Yin deficiency and Qi Stagnation(chest pain,chest tightness,chest pain),tongue crack,sweating,back pain,dizziness and headache,deep pulse,pale tongue,scalloped,thin fur,irritability,hot feeling,Hongrehanchu,constipation.
