Summary Of Professor Huang Yongsheng’s Medication Rules For Chronic Heart Failure Based On Data Mining System

Objective: This topic applies data mining system-ancient and modern medical case cloud platform to input and analyze the original case data of Professor Huang Yongsheng in the treatment of heart failure.According to the data analysis results of prescription and syndrome medication,this paper explores and summarizes the medication rules of Professor Huang Yongsheng in the treatment of chronic heart failure.For the future clinical treatment of chronic heart failure to provide ideas and methods for patients with chronic heart failure to provide traditional Chinese medicine treatment,better improve the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods: The data mining system-the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records(the original knowledge service and sharing system of TCM medical records)was used in this study.First,the original case data of patients with heart failure who met the inclusion criteria of this study were input,and then the data of TCM diagnosis,Western medicine diagnosis,composition,TCM syndrome,symptoms,tongue coating,pulse condition and treatment were standardized.Using association rules,attribute analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and other methods to analyze the data of medication and prescription,summed up the laws of disease and symptoms,drugs and drugs,syndromes and drugs.Results:1.Age,gender statistics results : Among 180 patients,112 were males,accounting for about 62.22 %,and 68 were females,accounting for about 37.78 %.2.Four diagnostic statistics2.1 Tongue diagnosis(tongue coating)statistics : 180 patients,according to the distribution of tongue coating showed(frequency ≥ 8 times),patients appeared 10 kinds of tongue coating distribution.2.2Pulse statistics : 180 patients,according to the pulse situation shows(frequency≥ 14times),patients appear10 kinds of pulse distribution.2.3Symptom statistics : 180 patients,according to the distribution of clinical symptoms showed(frequency ≥ 133times),patients appeared15 kinds of clinical common symptoms distribution.3.Syndrome distribution statistics180 cases of patients,the total frequency of syndromes 180,according to the distribution of syndromes showed(frequency ≥ 5 times),patients with four types of syndromes.4.Statistical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine4.1 Frequency analysis of traditional Chinese medicine : 180 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were treated with high-frequency drugs,including aconite,salvia miltiorrhiza,sand kernel,fried sour jujube kernel,magnet,cassia twig,licorice,oyster,keel,dried ginger,reducing fragrance,astragalus,cicada,silkworm,atractylodes,atractylodes,leech,ginseng,etc.4.2 Analysis of four qi of traditional Chinese medicine : 180 patients were divided into warm,flat,cold,mild warm,mild cold,heat and cool according to the distribution of four qi of traditional Chinese medicine.4.3 Statistics of five herbs : 180 patients were divided into pungent,sweet,bitter,salty,sour,astringent,slightly bitter,light,slightly sweet and slightly pungent according to the distribution of five herbs.4.4 Statistics of meridian attribution of Chinese medicine : according to the distribution of meridian attribution of Chinese medicine,it is divided into spleen,liver,stomach,lung,heart,kidney,bladder,gallbladder,large intestine,triple energizer,pericardium and small intestine.4.5 Statistics of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine : According to the statistics of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,there are mainly warming meridians,promoting yang to dissipate qi,calming stroke and reducing qi,supplementing qi and restoring pulse,tonifying spleen and stomach,tonifying liver and kidney,astringent essence and solid release,calming panic and calming nerves,receiving qi and asthma,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dredging meridians and relieving pain,latent yang,etc.4.6 Association analysis and cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicine :Through the association analysis and cluster analysis of this research system,it is concluded that Professor Huang Yongsheng ’s common drug pairs for the treatment of chronic heart failure are Salvia miltiorrhiza,sandalwood,aconite,dried ginger,licorice,silkworm,cicada,leech,etc.4.7 Syndrome types and complex network analysis of traditional Chinese medicine : Through the complex network community analysis of 180 patients,the complex network analysis between the three syndrome types with the occurrence frequency of syndrome types > 30 times and the corresponding traditional Chinese medicine was screened out,which were qi deficiency and blood stasis with yang deficiency,qi deficiency and blood stasis with yang deficiency and water drinking,qi deficiency and blood stasis with yin and yang deficiency.Conclusion:1.Professor Huang Yongsheng believes that heart failure is a disease of both body and function,weak yang,blood stasis and water stagnation.Heart-kidney yang deficiency and lung-liver blood stasis are the core pathogenesis.In view of the characteristics of this pathogenesis,Professor Huang Yongsheng pointed out that the treatment of heart failure should be based on supplementing qi and warming yang,removing blood stasis and promoting diuresis.Use aconite,cassia twig,dried ginger and other warm products to break Yin and restore Yang,while using cornus officinalis,keel,oysters and other convergent products to reduce the Yuanqi,sand kernel to regulate Qi and restore spleen and stomach function,always pay
