Clinical Research On Medicines For The Treatment By Professor Zhou Yabin Of Tachyarrhythmia

Objective This study collects and collects the cases of fast arrhythmia which has been diagnosed and treated by Professor Zhou Yabin in the outpatient department.The statistics software is used to analyze the collected case prescriptions,and to explore the rule of Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia,and to provide a reference for the treatment of this disease in TCM.Methods From December 2015 to December 2016,130 patients with tachyarrhythmia who were diagnosed and treated by Professor Zhou Yabin at the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study objects.The database was established and recorded by Microsoft office Excel 2007.The general situation of patients and the frequency and frequency of drugs,sexual taste,meridian return were recorded by SPSS 2007,and the method of intergroup connection was used.A statistical analysis was carried out on the compatibility of drug use in 130 cases of first-visit prescriptions.Results According to drug statistics and analysis,there were 59 males(45.38%)and 71 females(54.62%)in 130 patients.The ratio of male to female was 1:1.2.High-frequency symptoms for heart palpitations,insomnia,shortness of breath,fatigue,chest tightness,upset,eating less,face no Hua,dizziness,easily frightened and so on.The more frequency of tongue appearance is thin white coating,thin tongue,dark tongue,thin yellow coating,tongue red,and the frequency of more pulse is deep pulse,weak pulse.Professor Zhou Yabin's prescriptions for the treatment of tachyarrhythmia involved 117 Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 2396.Among them,37 were high-frequency and medium-frequency drugs,including liquorice,Pinellia ternata,Bupleurum,Radix Paeoniae Alba,keel,oyster,Radix et Rhizoma,Radix et Rhizoma,Astragalus,Radix Scutellariae,Guizhi,Fu Shen,Zizyphus jujuba,Gan Song and Codonopsis pilosula are commonly used in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia.The kinds of drugs are tonifying and deficiency medicine,tranquilizing spirit medicine,heat clearing medicine,antitabular medicine,phlegm relieving cough and relieving asthma medicine,regulating qi medicine,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,promoting water and infiltrating dampness medicine,calming the liver and relieving wind medicine,receiving astringency medicine,catharsis medicine,dehumidifying medicine,hemostatic medicine,warming medicine,eliminating food medicine,Spitting drugs,resuscitation drugs,and other 17 categories.The first three of the four-qi attributes were flat drugs,mild drugs and micro-cold drugs,among which the flat drugs were the first.The top three drugs used most frequently are flat,warm and cold.The top three are sweet,bitter and spicy.The first three most frequently used meridian were heart meridian,liver meridian and spleen meridian.Cluster analysis showed 7 pairs of common drugs and 4 groups of common drug combinations.Conclusion1.The high frequency drugs for treating tachyarrhythmia include:licorice,Pinellia ternata,Bupleurum,Radix Paeoniae Alba,keel,oyster,Radix Polygala,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Astragalus,Radix Scutellariae,Guizhi,Fu Shen,Jujube seed,Gan Song,Codonopsis;2.The main drugs are tonifying and deficiency medicine,soothing medicine,heat-clearing medicine,antitabular medicine,phlegm relieving cough and asthma medicine,regulating qi medicine,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,promoting water and infiltrating dampness medicine,calming the liver and relieving wind medicine,collecting astringency medicine;3.The syndromes of tachyarrhythmia are related to deficiency of qi and blood yin and yang,phlegm dampness,blood stasis and fire evil.The main symptoms of Qi deficiency,the main symptoms of the disease in the heart,spleen.4.Mentor treatment of rapid arrhythmia to invigorate qi,nourish the mind and calm the mind,both blood circulation and blood stasis,heat and phlegm.
