Study On The Law Of Treatment Of Atherosclerotic Diseases By Professor Huang Yongsheng's Academic Thoughts On "Removing Energy And Removing Water"

Objective: Collect the outpatient cases of Professor Huang Yongsheng in the treatment of atherosclerotic diseases(AS),and excavate the law of Professor Huang Yongsheng in the treatment of atherosclerotic diseases through the Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,in order to provide the diagnosis and treatment ideas and plans for the treatment AS of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: From July 2014 to October 2018,211 patients with atherosclerotic diseases were diagnosed by Professor Huang Yongsheng,affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine.Data mining methods such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis,improved mutual information method,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method and so on were used to input the name,age,date,main complaint,symptom,history,four diagnosis and prescription medication of patients with atherosclerosis by Chinese medicine inheritance and auxiliary platform(V2.5).Results: A total of 211 cases,involving prescription 131,involving 124 Chinese medicine,the use of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform software for drug frequency analysis,frequency from high to low: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Amomum villosum,incense,cicada slough,silkworm,leech,Panax notoginseng,Yinchen,Alisma,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Atractylodes and other 35 Chinese medicine.The order of frequency analysis of drug types from high to low is: activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,removing dampness medicine,promoting water and infiltrating dampness medicine,eliminating phlegm medicine,regulating qi medicine,calming liver and relieving wind,tonifying deficiency medicine,clearing away heat medicine and so on.The high frequency combination analysis of drugs from high to low is: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Amomum villosum;Amomum villosum,descending incense;cicada slough,silkworm;Salvia miltiorrhiza,descending incense,etc.The four-qi frequency analysis of drugs from high to low is: cold,warm,flat drugs,etc.The five-flavor frequency analysis of drugs from high to low is Xin,bitter,sweet,salty and so on.Based on the unsupervised entropy clustering analysis,four new prescriptions were obtained,prescription one: Jiao Gardenia,Dannanxing,seaweed,bamboo Ru,loofah,Kunbu;prescription two: Tujin,Poria cocos,Acorus calamus,Yinchen,Alisma;prescription three: fried jujube kernel,keel,oyster,Shouwuteng;prescription four: Panax notoginseng,Salvia miltiorrhiza,calcined stamen,Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus.The frequency analysis of syndromes from high to low is: blood stasis,phlegm turbid,qi deficiency,yang deficiency and so on.Conclusion: Using the Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)to better excavate the law of Huang Yongsheng in the treatment of AS related diseases,Professor Huang Yongsheng believes that atherosclerosis with phlegm turbid,blood stasis as the main pathogenesis,is the key factor leading to AS.Therefore,through drug treatment to make the disease evil blood stasis into water,so that turbid evil external clear,so as to achieve the fundamental purpose of treatment,but also for clinical treatment of such diseases to provide a better method of diagnosis and treatment.
