Objective:This topic aims to evaluate the electrophysiological technique of prevention and treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion combined with traditional superiority, and compare the low-frequency electrophysiological techniques associated with intermediate frequency electrophysiological techniques combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc prolapse, clear electrophysiological technique combined traditional Chinese medicine efficacy and safety of the attack in the prevention and treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion; And improve the recognition and acceptance of electrophysiological therapy,in order to make the technology in clinical better play a role. Methods:A total of 80 patients who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria in the spinal surgery department of our hospital from June 2020 to September2021 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly assigned to either of the two groups(low-frequency group and medium-frequency group). The low-frequency group was treated with low-frequency neuromuscular therapy instrument, and 4 electrodes were placed at the pain site. The frequency was set to 50 Hz,and the current intensity was gradually increased, which was suitable for patient tolerance. The treatment lasted for 20 minutes each time, once a day,and lasted for 7 days as a course of treatment for 3consecutive courses.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment includes traditional Chinese medicine, manipulation, training, traditional Chinese medicine root tongyin plus or minus,1 fu a day, morning and evening warm; The manipulation includes pressing the affected part, spine pushing and shaking method, every other day 1 time; The training method is swallow point water method,five-point support method or straight leg raising method. The length of a single session is limited to the patient’s tolerance, and it is performed once every other day.The first 21 days were electrophysiological therapy,Traditional Chinese medicine and manipulation therapy, and the last3 months were family training. In the intermediate frequency group, the intermediate frequency neuromuscular therapy instrument was used.Four electrodes were placed on the pain site, the frequency was set to 3000 Hz,and the current intensity was gradually increased, which was suitable for patients’ tolerance. The treatment lasted for 20 minutes each time, once a day,7 times as a course of treatment, and the continuous treatment lasted for 3 courses.Chinese medicine treatment with the experimental group. They were followed up at 5 time points: before treatment, after treatment,1 month,3 months and 6months after treatment.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.General data: There were no significant differences in gender, age and course of disease between the low frequency group and the intermediate frequency group(P > 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.VAS score:(1)Intra-group comparison: VAS scores of low frequency group and intermediate frequency group were compared before and after treatment, before and 1 month after treatment, before and 3 months after treatment, and before and 6 months after treatment, respectively. The results showed that VAS scores of low frequency group and medium frequency group decreased after treatment,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment, and 6months after treatment, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: there was no statistical significance in VAS score before treatment between the low-frequency group and the medium-frequency group(P > 0.05);The comparison between the low-frequency group and the medium-frequency group at each time point after treatment(after treatment,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment, and 6 months after treatment)showed that the VAS score of the low-frequency group was lower than that of the medium-frequency group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.JOA score:(1)Intra-group comparison: JOA scores of low frequency group and intermediate frequency group were compared before and after treatment, before and 1 month after treatment, before and 3 months after treatment, and before and 6 months after treatment. The results showed that the JOA scores of low frequency group and medium frequency group increased after treatment,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment compared with those before treatment, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: There was no significant difference in JOA score before treatment between the low frequency group and the middle frequency group(P > 0.05);The comparison between the low-frequency group and the medium-frequency group at each time point after treatment(after treatment,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment, and 6months after treatment)showed that the JOA score of the low-frequency group was higher than that of the medium-frequency group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.ODI score:(1)Intra-group comparison: ODI scores of low frequency group and intermediate frequency group were compared before and after treatment, before and 1month after treatment, before and 3 months after treatment, and before and 6months after treatment, respectively. The results showed that ODI scores of low frequency group and intermediate frequency group were lower after treatment,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment than before treatment, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: There was no significant difference in ODI score before treatment between the low frequency group and the intermediate frequency group(P > 0.05);The comparison between the low-frequency group and the medium-frequency group at each time point after treatment(after treatment,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment, and 6months after treatment)showed that the ODI score of the low-frequency group was lower than that of the medium-frequency group, and the differences were statistically significant after statistical treatment(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of treatment efficiency: The results of this study showed that there were 40 patients in the low-frequency group,of which 5 were cured,18 were significantly effective,14 were effective and 3 were ineffective. The total effective rate was 92.5%,and the significant efficiency was 45.0%.In the intermediate frequency group, there were 40 patients, among which 2were cured,12 were effective,21 were effective and 5 were ineffective. The total effective rate was 87.5%,and the effective rate was 30.0%.The results showed that the clinical efficacy of the low-frequency group was better than that of the medium-frequency group, and the results were statistically different(P<0.05).6.Safety comparison: there were 2 cases of adverse reactions in the low-frequency group and 4 cases in the medium-frequency group, with no statistical significance(P > 0.05).These results indicated that the safety of the two groups was good and worthy of clinical promotion.Conclusion:1.Low frequency electrical stimulation therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine and medium frequency electrical stimulation therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation, improve the lumbar dysfunction and improve the quality of life of patients.2.The curative effect of low frequency electric stimulation combined with Traditional Chinese medicine on lumbar disc herniation is better than that of medium frequency electric stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine.3.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was low, indicating that electrophysiology combined with traditional Chinese medicine is safe for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and worthy of clinical promotion.
