ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated therapy of CT-guided cryoablation and/or 125I radioactive particles implantation with chemotherapy for stage ?B-? NSCLC.MethodsOctober 2017?October 2019 in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,a total of 42 cases of stage ?B-? non-small cell lung cancer patients approved by cytology or pathology, all patients were received CT-guided of cryoablation and/or 125I radioactive particles implantation with chemotherapy.Follow-up 6 months after treatment,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.ResultsAll the 42 patients completed the treatment successfully.10 patients were treated with cryoablation,15 patients were treated with 121I radioactive particles implantation,17 patients were treated with cryoablation and 125I radioactive particles implantation. All patients completed chemotherapy.(1)After 2?4 and 6 months of treatment,ORR was seen in 50.0%,59.5%,54.8%respectively.DCR was 83.3%,90.5%,88.1%respectively.The survival rate was 100%during the follow-up period.(2)After 2 months of treatment, the improvement rate of cough symptom and chest tightness were 70.0%and 74.1%,respectively.The Karnofsky score improved from(72.4±7.6)to(81.7±8.8).Compared with before treatment, local symptoms(cough, chest tightness)and KPS score were significantly improved and the level of CEA?CA199?CYFRA21-1 was decreased.(3)Three patients(14.2%)had pneumothorax,Five patients(11.9%)had hemoptysis or blood-stained sputum.Four patients(9.5%)had fever.Three patients(7.1%)had chest pain, but when receiving symptomatic treatment they were back to normal. No cold shock, radiation damage, air embolism or death case occurred. The chemotherapy has slight adverses reactionand a good tolerance.ConclusionCT-guided of cryoablation andwor 125I radioactive particles implantation with chemotherapy for stage ?B-? NSCLC have a significant clinical short-term effects and improve the survival qualities of patients.
