Patients With Lung Cancer After Cryoablation Tcm Syndromes Research

In using of prospective research method, the study had a deep and particular research into the changes of Chinese traditional medicine syndrome before and after the Argon-helium cryoablation on lung cancer patients (stage III or IV) who had lost the chances of Radical excision. The study tries to find out the new therapy method and the changing regularity of the clinical syndrome of stage III/TV lung cancer in TCM, and the best time to applying herbs during cryoablation even the TCM efficacy of cryoablation, so as to provide important research foundation for clinical applications. According this, enhancing the efficacy and enlarge the methods of the stage III/IV lung cancer's therapy.The results of this study are as follows:(1) The main TCM syndrome of stage III/IV lung cancer is the compound of the repletion and deficiency syndrome. With the main manifestation of deficiency syndrome(Qi vacuity and Yin vacuity) phlegm syndrome (phlegm-heat syndrome and phlegm-moist syndrome) and blood stasis syndrome. After cryoablation the phlegm syndrome get a quick and short-time change, manifesting as phlegm-heat syndrome increased and phlegm-moist decreased; blood stasis syndrome and deficiency syndrome change little. And in the near future, cryoablation can make the patients better than before at aspects of deficiency syndrome and phlegm syndrome.(2) Most of the lung cancer patients in this study have dull, dark tongue and slimy fur. After cryoablation therapy the patients' slimy tongue fur decreased or get better, on the contrary the pale red tongue and thin white fur increased.(3) The pulse of the stage III/IV lung cancer mainly manifest as compound pulses, especially the deficiency pulse.; such as string-like-fine pulse. deep-fine pulse and week pulse. And the main pulse changed little after cryoablation therapy.(4) The focus of TCM syndromes was located on the lungs and also have both spleen and kidney. To some extend the lung syndrome decreased after cryoablation therapy.Conclusion: (1)Phlegm, blood stasis and deficiency are the main etiological and pathogenic factors, the compound of the repletion and deficiency syndrome is the major syndrome. (2) In the methods of treatment of TCM, cryoablation belongs to "Clearing" "Dispersion"; the study demonstrate that cyoablation has the effect of transforming phlegm transforming dampness and repelling toxin. (3) Cryoablation belongs to local treatment method, but the lung cancer patients still need to be given the whole body's treatment. (4) It's necessary to strength the methods of treatment that clearing heat and stanching bleeding during the cryoablation time; for a long term after cryoablation the stage IMV lung cancer patients should been gaven the treatment based on dispelling evil and supporting right, Supplementing qi, transforming phlegm and stasis.
