ObjectiveRetrospective analysis of 125I radioactive particles and the treatment of advanced non-small lung cancer in the near future curative effect,and the change of serum levels of tumor markers.Selection methodsSelection in January 2014 to December 2016 in Qingdao university medical college hospital in medicine clinic of 100 cases of patients with lung cancer,both by fiberoptic bronchoscopy biopsy or lung biopsy tissue or ultrasound guided needle aspiration cytology pathological diagnosis for advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients,divided into research group?50 cases?and control group?50 cases?,the team to give three-dimensional planting combined chemotherapy of radioactive 125I particle?NP and GP?treatment,the total number of patients 50 cases;The control group only for chemical treatment?NP and GP scheme?.Six months after the ratio of the group and the control group were separately measured tumor diameter,the incidence of adverse reactions,evaluate the effect of the treatment.And vein to take the team 3 d before treatment,1 month,3 months,6 months of fasting blood,serum tumor markers carcinoembryonic antigen?CEA?and carbohydrate antigen 125?CA125?,segments of cytokeratin 19?CYFRA21-1?,squamous cell carcinoma antigen?SCC Ag?,etc.Resultst The team after 6 months follow-up,26% complete response,partial response by 34%,stable disease 20%,20% of disease progression.The control group after 6 months follow-up,8% complete response,partial response,24% stable disease 24%,44% of disease progression,statistically significant difference?P < 0.05?.125I particle three-dimensional planting a month after the level of serum tumor markers significantly lower than before treatment?P < 0.05?,statistically significant differences,three-dimensional planting combined chemotherapy of 125I particles after 1 month,3 months,6 months serum tumor markers level control has no obvious difference between the four groups.In the complete response group,was significantly decreased the serum levels of tumor markers,statistically significant difference?P < 0.05?.In the partial response group,also significantly lower serum levels of tumor markers,statistically significant difference?P < 0.05?.In the stable disease group,the serum level of tumor markers was no obvious change,the rise in some patients numerical,some patients decrease,there was no statistically significant difference?P > 0.05?.In the disease progression group,serum tumor markers levels did not decline,and a higher before treatment.Radioactive particles are the main complications were pneumothorax,radioactive damage,coughing up blood,fever,particle migration and so on,the team the incidence of pneumothorax was 14%.Group and control group in the side effects of chemotherapy is mainly for nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,such as hair loss,incidence of toxicity of two groups of patients have no statistical significance?P > 0.05?.ConclusionCT guided percutaneous puncture125I particles implantation treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer clinical curative effect is better in the near future.Short term significantly lower levels of serum tumor markers.Different therapeutic rating lung cancer patients serum tumor markers level has obvious difference.Less adverse reaction,it is worth clinical further promotion.
