Objective: to observe the pulmonary disease granule combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of qi and Yin deficiency type two late-stage NSCLC curative effect, and the results were compared with the pure chemotherapy group, to observe the curative effect of the two groups, discuss the lung disease of granule combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of qi and Yin deficiency type two mechanism of advanced NSCLC.Methods: To 120 cases of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, according to the case- control principle, the age, clinical stage, pathological type, and the size of the lesions, such as roughly similar as the matching condition, according to 1:1 matching, the patients were divided into 2 groups, treatment group of 60 cases, control group 60 cases. Treatment group using oral lung disease particles + chemotherapy(dorsey he + cisplatin); More than the control group only with west he match + cisplatin chemotherapy. Results: The treatment group effective rate was 40.74%, the control group effective rate was 40.74%, comparing the two groups was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05); Karnofsky score compared two groups, the treatment group scores significantly increased(P < 0.05), improve the quality of life was better than control group, significantly reduce the side reaction of treatment group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: pulmonary disease particles with chemotherapy can enhance the antitumor function of the chemotherapy drugs, improve the patient's quality of life, can make the visible mass of narrow, disappear, or relief.
