The therapeutic effect of lung cancer has not improved significantly in recent years, mainly due to the biological effects of lung cancer is very complex, high degree of malignancy. In China, about 86%of patients with lung cancer in the diagnosis is advanced cancer, relying on a certain treatment is difficult to achieve the purpose cure. Therefore, the lung cancer treatment program strongly emphasizes multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment. The most effective treatment is surgery for the localized lung cancer. However,in recent years, the application of radiation therapy in this field is increasing, especially radioactive particle implantation therapy, showing more advantages than traditional external irradiation, such as the positioning of the treatment area is accurate;the radiation dose is rapidly reduced in addition to the range of particle cultivation;compared with the external irradiation, the target can be given a higher dose, and does not increase the normal lung injury;and This treatment takes a short time, good curative effect, less side effects.Radioactive particle implantation treatment of tumors is a new technology developed in recent 20 years, especially the successful development of new,safe,low-energy,easy-to-protect 125I particles,as well as the emergence of computerized three-dimensional treatment planning system, precise positioning under CT scan or ultrasound System to ensure that 125I particles close to the treatment of malignant tumors become a new, safe and effective treatment. In recent years, there have been a large number of literature reported 125I particle implantation in the treatment of lung cancer safe and effective clinical research. This paper attempts to study the effect of celecoxib as radiotherapy sensitizer combined with 125I particle implantation in the treatment of lung cancer in order to achieve better radiosensitization effect,so as to achieve a higher local control rate.Objective1.To observe the short-term efficacy for celecoxib as a sensitization agent combined 125I particles implantation in the treatment of lung cancer.2.To observe the safety of radioactive 125I particles implantation combined with celecoxib in the clinical application of lung cancer MethodsChoose 66 cases of lung cancer patient in our hospital for treatment from December 2015 to May 2016,who were bronchoscopy or histopathology confirmed lung cancer patients. There are 49 males and 17 females.?1?Classification by histopathological type of tumor:33 cases of lung adenocarcinoma,25 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma,8 cases of small cell lung cancer;?2?classification by tumor location:36 cases of central lung cancer,26 cases of peripheral lung cancer,4cases of metastatic lung cancer;?3?classification by tumor diameter:Tumor diameter less than 3cm total of 17 cases, the tumor diameter in 3cm-5cm total of 30 cases, the tumor diameter of 5cm-7cm total of 14 cases, the tumor diameter greater than 7cm a total of 5 cases. The clinical data of the two groups of patients:gender, age, tumor diameter, histopathological differences were not statistically significant?P>0.05?,comparable.66 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into experimental group(celecoxib as a sensitization agent combined 125I particles implantation)and control group(with simply 125I particles implantation)according to random number table method. The experimental group of patients and treatment options are as follows:A total of 33 patients in the experimental group were treated with radioactive 125I particles after the completion of the preoperative preparation, the next day of implantation of radioactive particles celecoxib,200 mg/day,2 times a day, even for a month,to observe the complications of the patients after the implantation of the experimental group and the gastrointestinal side effects after oral administration of celecoxib. The control group and treatment plan are as follows:A total of 33 patients in the control group were treated with simply radioactive 125I particles implantation after the preoperative preparation,to observe the complications of the control group after particle implantation.Results1.Treatment outcomes:Of the 33 patients in the experimental group,3 cases?3/33?were complete relief,24 cases?24/33?were partial relife,3 cases?3/33?had no effect,3 cases?3/33?slight relief, the total effective rate was 81.8%.Among the 33patients in the control group,1 case?1/33?was complete relief,19 cases?19/33?were partial relief,10 cases?10/33?had not effect,3 cases?3/33?had slight relief, the total effective rate was 60.6%.The overall effective rate?CR+PR?was statistically significant?P<0.05?.2.Treatment side effects:Among the 66 patients in this study,no one had serious side effects, two groups of patients after surgery puncture bleeding,a small amount of pneumothorax, hemoptysis sputum, the difference was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.In the experimental group, there were 2 cases of nausea and anorexia, and in the control group there were1 cases of nausea, and the difference of adverse reactions to the digestive tract was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.Conclusion1.The treatment of celecoxib combined with 125I particles implantation for lung cancer has good radiotherapy sensitization effect. It improves the local control rate of tumor and has recent significant effect.2.The treatment of celecoxib combined with 125I particles implantation for lung cancer is a safe and effective treatment of lung cancer, and two cases of simultaneous treatment of lung cancer side effects had no significant superposition.
