| Objective:The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of electro-acupuncture combined with aroma oil massage for treatment on waist pain, can quickly relieve the patient pain in the waist is effective.Methods:the study used a randomized method, were qualified the inclusion criteria of waist pain60patients, randomly divided into electro-acupuncture combined with aroma oil massage group; electro-acupuncture group; general oil massage group each20examples, a comparison of three methods of treatment for a course of treated10times, patients in the traditional Chinese medicine curative effect evaluation, JOA and MPQ score in all aspects to improve the situation.Results:1. after treatment, comparison of the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture combined with aroma oil massage group:10case were cured,8cases, effective in1case, invalid in1case, the overall efficiency of95%; electro-acupuncture group:7case were cured,7cases, effective in3case, invalid in3cases, the overall efficiency of85%; general oil massage group:6were cured,6cases, effective in5case, invalid in3cases, the overall efficiency of85%. The2, Three JOA functional score:3groups JOA after treatment with JOA score improved index showed significant difference P<0.05. In3, MPQ pain score:3groups before and after treatment with MPQ:pain score itself has significant different (P<0.05); Three group after treatment with of MPQ pain significant difference between groups, with electro-acupuncture combined with aroma oil massage is better than other two groups (P<0.05), described in the analgesic effect of electro-acupuncture combined with aroma oil massage group is better than electro-acupuncture group and general oil massage group.Conclusion:The three kinds of therapies in treatment of waist pain have significant efficacy, but electro-acupuncture combined with aroma oil massage group can quickly relieve the patient pain in the waist is better than electro-acupuncture group and general oil massage group. |
