Therapeutic Effect Of Jianxiang Tendon Massage On Residual Lumbar And Leg Pain After Lumbar Discectomy

Objective:Through clinical research and observation,to explore the effect of Jianxiang Tendon Massage on VAS pain score,JOA score and ODI function score after lumbar disc nucleus pulposus removal,and to provide clinical basis for rehabilitation treatment of residual lumbar and leg pain after lumbar disc nucleus pulposus removal.Methods:From December 2018 to June 2019,68 patients with residual lumbar and leg pain after lumbar discectomy were selected as the subjects for rehabilitation treatment.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,34 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Jianxiang Tendon Massage on routine rehabilitation,while the control group was treated with routine rehabilitation.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by comparing the VAS pain score,JOA score and ODI function score before and after treatment through two weeks of follow-up observation.Results:A total of 68 patients were followed up for two weeks.After statistical analysis,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS pain score,JOA score,ODI function score,laboratory examination and nocturnal pain between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After two weeks of treatment,the results showed that:1.VAS pain score:after treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was(3.21±1.39),which was better than that of the control group(4.74±0.93),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000<0.01).2.JOA score comparison:JOA score of the two groups after treatment was(13.94±1.61)in the observation group,better than(12.06+1.04)in the control group(P=0.001<0.01).3.Comparative analysis of ODI score:After treatment,the ODI score of the observation group was(17.32±5.25),which was better than that of the control group(27.03±3.98),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000<0.01).4.The total effective rate was 94.18%in the observation group and 88.24%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups by rank sum test 2.179,P<0.05).The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,Jianxiang Tendon Massage technique was introduced into the rehabilitation treatment of residual lumbar and leg after lumbar disc nucleus pulposus extraction.Through follow-up,it was found that compared with conventional rehabilitation therapy,it can better relieve lumbar pain,improve nerve function,lumbar ODI function score and curative effect,and the treatment has a positive effect and Clinical application.
