Clinical Observation Of Bushen Huoxue Recipe On Endometrial Receptivity Of Infertile Patients With Endometriosis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in treating infertility of endometriosis(EMS).Methods: 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group and control group),which were composed of 34 patients.In the treatment group,one dose of Bushen Huoxue Formula was taken orally,while in the control group,two bottles of dingkundan were taken orally,after being purified,for 21 consecutive days,for 3 months.The endometrial thickness and type,serum CA125 and VEGF before and after treatment,and E2 and P values at 7-10 days after ovulation were measured and recorded respectively.The pregnancy during and three months after treatment was recorded.The observation items of the two groups were analyzed to determine the drug efficacy.Results:1 After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 91.18% and 73.53% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the overall effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2 After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 91.18% and 85.29% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of TCM syndrome effect.3 The endometrial thickness and type of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the endometrial thickness and type of the two groups were improved after treatment;the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was improving the endometrial type Type A and endometrial thickness were better than the control group.4 The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P The ganglion effect was better than that of the control group.5 The serum CA125 and VEGF levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group,the difference was statistically significant(P Photo group.6 Pregnancy rate: after treatment,15 pregnancies were recorded in the treatment group,the pregnancy rate was 44.12%,6 pregnancies were recorded in the control group,the pregnancy rate was 17.62%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that Bushen Huoxue Formula was superior to dingkundan in improving the pregnancy rate.Conclusion:(1)The application of Bushen Huoxue recipe can significantly improve the endometrial receptivity of infertile patients with EMS,and its clinical use has been proved to be safe;(2)The therapeutic effect of Bushen Huoxue recipe is better than dingkundan in treating infertility of EMS,and it has a certain effect on improving pregnancy rate.The therapeutic mechanism may be that Bushen Huoxue recipe can improve the type and thickness of endometrium,and then improve its endometrial receptivity.At the same time,it is speculated that Bushen Huoxue recipe has a certain effect in regulating the immunity of the body.
