| Objective:To observe the efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Decoction (BHD) treating endometriosis (EMT) causing infertility.Methods:In our study,54 patients with endometriosis causing sterility were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=27) and control group (n=27). The treatment group received the treatment of BHD and the control group was not treated by BHD. Both groups received continuous treatment for three menstrual cycles. The pregnancy rate, the endometrial thickness, classification, blood flow parameters and the VEGF expression of endometrium were observed during treatment.Results:After BHD treatment, the thickness of the endometria was significantly improved compared with those of preoperative and control group (P<0.05), the expression of VEGF was also obviously higher than preoperative and control group (P<0.05), but blood flow parameters of PI and RI were decreased significantly (P<0.05). The endometrial classifications were mainly B and C type before BHD treatment. After BHD treated, the percentage of A and B type endometrium was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The control group was mainly B type endometrium (P<0.05).Conclusion:The endometrial classification, the blood flow distribution, the VEGF expression, and the receptivity of endometrium can be improved by BHD. |
