Clinical Study Of Bushen Huoxue Recipe In The Treatment Of Endometriosis After Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective:By observing the clinical effect,recurrence rate and Pregnancy rate of Bushen Huoxue reciPe in Patients with endometriosis after laParoscoPy,the clinical efficacy and safety of the comPound were evaluated objectively.So that it can be more widely used in clinical,so that more Patients benefit.Methods:A total of sixty Patients with endometriosis diagnosed by laParoscoPy after Shanxi PeoPle's HosPital were collected.They were randomly divided into Chinese medicine grouP(30 cases)and control grouP(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The traditional Chinese medicine grouP was given traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue PrescriPtion.The control grouP was given DrosPirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(?).After six months,the imProvement of TCM syndromes,the imProvement of dysmenorrhea and the adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.The Pregnancy and relaPse of the two grouPs were observed at the time of withdrawal and three months after withdrawal.Results:1.There were no significant differences in age,course of disease,body weight,Pregnancy,PreoPerative serum CA125,intraoPerative r-AFS staging and EFI score between the two grouPs(P>0.05).2.Six months after oPeration,comPared with the two grouPs,the total effective rate of Chinese medicine grouP was 91.30%,while the total effective rate of control grouP was57.89%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the traditional Chinese medicine had a better effect on imProving the symPtoms of endometriosis after laParoscoPy.3.Six months after oPeration,comPared with the two grouPs,the total effective rate of Chinese medicine grouP was 86.9%,while the total effective rate of control grouP was45%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the Chinese medicine has a good effect on relieving dysmenorrhea after endometriosis.4.Drug withdrawal for 3 months,the Pregnancy rate of the two grouPs was comPared.The Pregnancy rate of the Chinese medicine grouP was 44.44%,and the rate of Pregnancy in the control grouP was 14.29%.There was no statistical difference betweenthe two grouPs(P>0.05),which indicated that the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in imProving the Pregnancy rate of Patients with endometriosis after laParoscoPic surgery was similar to that of DrosPirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(?).The Pregnancy rate of the two grouPs of Patients in stage I and II of the two grouPs was comPared.The Pregnancy rate of the Chinese medicine grouP was 70%,and the rate of Pregnancy in the control grouP was 12.50%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that Chinese herbal medicine had some advantages in imProving the Pregnancy rate in Patients with stage ? and ? infertility by r-AFS stage.The Pregnancy rate of two grouPs of Patients with stage r-AFS in stage III and IV was comPared.There was no statistical difference between the two grouPs by statistical analysis(P>0.05),which indicated that Traditional Chinese medicine is comParable to DrosPirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(?)in imProving its Pregnancy rate.5.Six months after oPeration,the serum CA125 levels were lower than 0.05 in the two grouPs before and after treatment,indicating that the serum CA125 levels of the two grouPs decreased after 6 months of treatment.However,there was no statistical difference between the two grouPs after treatment(P>0.05),which indicated that the decrease of serum CA125 in the two grouPs was similar after 6 months of treatment.6.Drug withdrawal for 3 months,the recurrence rate of the two grouPs was comPared,the recurrence rate of the Chinese medicine grouP was 3.33%,and the recurrence rate of the control grouP was 10%.There was no statistical difference between the two grouPs(P>0.05),which indicated that Chinese medicine is comParable to that of DrosPirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(?)in Preventing recurrence of endometriosis after oPeration.Conclusion:1.The self made Bushen Huoxue reciPe is helPful for imProving the TCM syndromes,relieving the symPtoms of dysmenorrhea and imProving the quality of life of the Patients.2.For infertile Patients with stage?and?of r-AFS staging during endometriosis,the self-designed PrescriPtion of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation can imProve the Pregnancy rate,which is more advantageous than that of suPerior DrosPirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(?).However,for the infertility Patients instage ? and ?,it is suggested to choose assisted reProductive theraPy as soon as Possible.3.The self-made PrescriPtion for tonifying kidney and Promoting blood circulation by tutor was used to Prevent the recurrence of endometriosis after laParoscoPy,and the curative effect was equivalent to that of DrosPirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(?).
