Objective:Through the observation of the clinical trial of ' Jinye Huifu Acupuncture Therapy' combined with artificial tears in the treatment of liver-kidney Yin deficiency dry eye,the recent clinical efficacy was evaluated, the safety of acupuncture treatment of dry eye was evaluated, the advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of dry eye were brought into play, and the theoretical basis and further discussion were provided for the treatment of dry eye in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:Strict screening in November 2018-November 2019 in shanxi university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine ophthalmology clinic on liver and kidney Yin deficiency type of 60 cases of patients with dry eye associated with ss,randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group 30 cases, after statistics related to inspection, two group of patients in gender, age, course, subjective symptom scores, tear secretion test(SIT)and corneal fluorescence staining(FL)check there was no significant difference in such aspects, comparable. The experimental group was treated with "body fluid recovery needle" combined with artificial tears.while the control group was only treated with artificial tears for 4 weeks. The observation indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed and concluded.Results:1.In terms of subjective symptoms:both methods were effective in alleviating subjective symptoms of patients with dry eyes(P<0.05);After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, the experimental group had a significant effect on the improvement of subjective symptoms, which was significantly different from the control group(all Pvalues were<0.05).2.In the tear secretion test:both methods were effective in promoting the tear secretion of patients(P<0.05);After 2 weeks of treatment,no statistical difference was found in promoting tear secretion between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the effect of promoting tear secretion in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, with significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).3.In terms of average tear rupture time:both methods were effective for the treatment of tear rupture time(both Pvalues were<0.05);After 2 weeks of treatment,no statistical difference was found in the average tear rupture time between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the effect of prolonging tear rupture time was more obvious in the experimental group, which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).4.In terms of corneal fluorescence staining, the experimental group was effective in corneal fluorescence staining treatment(P<0.05),while the control group showed no statistical difference in corneal fluorescence staining treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the experimental group had a significant effect on reducing the fluorescence staining of cornea, which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Clinical efficacy:after treatment, the clinical effective rate was 80.0%in the experimental group and 55.0%in the control group,The effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Observation of safety indicators:no abnormalities were found in visual acuity examination and intraocular pressure in all patients in the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion:‘Jinye Huifu Acupuncture Therapy'combined with artificial tears to treat liver-kidney Yin deficiency dry eyes can significantly improve the TCM clinical syndrome and promote the secretion of tears, and it is safe and effective.
