| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Kuanxiong Chubi Decoction in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis,and to objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Kuanxiong Chubi Decoction in treating coronary heart disease and stable angina pectoris.methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine for coronary heart disease and stable angina pectoris,60 patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of random grouping,patients were divided into 30 cases in the study group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group was given routine preventive treatment for coronary heart disease,and the study group was combined with Kuanxiong Chubi Decoction based on the control group for 8 weeks.Detect the levels of blood lipids(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,fibrinogen,and homocysteine in the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and count the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment to observe the TCM syndromes efficacy,ECG efficacy,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,and safety indicators.The above data was statistically analyzed by SPSS 24.0 to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Kuanxiong Chubi Decoction.Results: 1.After treatment,the ST-T segment of the two groups of ECG patients were improved compared with the previous one.The total effective rate of the ECG efficacy in the study group was 86.67%,and the total efficiency of the control group was 73.33%.The ECG effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the angina pectoris(number of attacks,duration and degree of pain)was significantly improved compared with the previous one.The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the study group was 96.67% better than that of the control group 70%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the dosage of nitroglycerin was reduced in both groups compared with the previous one.The nitroglycerin withdrawal rate in the study group was 90.00% and the control group was 70.00%.The study group was significantly higher than the control group.Statistical difference(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was more significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Based on statistics of changes in TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,the total efficacy rate of TCM syndromes was found to be 90.00% in the study group and 66.67% in the control group.The research group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).6.After treatment,the TG,TC,and LDL-C of the two groups were lower than before,and HDL-C was higher than before(P<0.05);Compared between groups,the research group's ability to regulate TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C was better than the control group(P<0.05).7.After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,FIB,and HCY in the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before(P<0.05),and the decline in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).8.There were no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the treatment,and there were no significant abnormalities in safety indicators before and after treatment,and the levels of related indicators after treatment were not different from those before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions: The combination of Kuanxiong Chubi Decoction and western medicine basic treatment plan can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina pectoris.,HCY level,increase HDL-C,and the effect is significantly better than a single western medicine basic therapy,and safety. |
