| Objective: To observe the effect of Jieyu Ding Tong Decoction in treating stable angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods: 77 patients with stable angina pectoris with stagnation of Qi and blood stasis were selected and divided into two groups randomly.39 cases in the treatment group were treated with western medicine plus Jieyu Ding Tong decoction,and 38 cases in the control group were given the basic treatment of Western medicine for 4 weeks.The changes of clinical efficacy and laboratory examination were observed before and after treatment.Results: the clinical effect: the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of angina pectoris and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(P < 0.05).Lipid improvement: the treatment group and the control group had no significant change in blood lipid(P>0.05),and the hypersensitivity C reactive protein was reduced: the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: This study shows that Jieyu Ding Tong decoction has significant clinical effect on stable angina pectoris with qi stagnation and blood stasis type,which can improve myocardial ischemia,relieve chest pain and chest pain and other main TCM symptoms,reduce hypersensitivity C reactive protein and improve clinical efficacy. |
