| OBJECTIVE : The clinical efficacy of Qufushengji Powder in promoting postoperative wound healing of perianal abscess was studied by studying the application effect of dressing qufushengji Powder in postoperative wound healing of perianal abscess,combined with several observation indicators such as postoperative wound healing time,wound granulation morphology score,wound granulation color score,wound exudation score,wound pain score,wound area reduction rate and efficacy evaluation.METHODS: Sixty patients admitted to the Department of Proctology of Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects according to the criteria of admittingarrangement.The 30 patients were divided into dressing change group of Qufushengji Powder(treatment group)and dressing change group of Waiyong Kuiyang Powder(control group)by random comparison table.Patients in both groups received one-time radical surgery for perianal abscess under combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia,and received routine clinical treatment after surgery,and dressing change began on the third day after surgery.The treatment group was changed with Qushengji gauze strip,while the control group was changed with Waiyong Kuiyang Powder strip.Observe the two groups after treatment the wound healing time completely,rotten meat off time and epithelial growth time,wound area reduction rate,postoperative day 3(1day),7 day,14 day,21 day granulation grading of colour and lustre,the granulation of the wound form a grade,the drainage of the wound,wound pain score and curative effect of healing rate,and record the related data,finally the total curative effect of statistics.RESULTS:(1)The data of gender,age,initial trauma area,initial trauma pain score,trauma tissue exudate score,trauma granulation morphology score and color score,and trauma pain score of the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05)and could be compared.(2)Postoperative day 7: The rate of wound area reduction,wound tissue exudation score,wound granulation morphology score and pain score in the treatment group were statistically significant compared with the control group(P < 0.05),and the wound granulation color score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),which indicated that dispelling and regenerating muscle powder could reduce local tissue exudation and alleviate postoperative wound edema and Pain.(3)On the 14 th postoperative day,the reduction rate of trauma area in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the scores of trauma exudation,trauma granulation morphology and granulation color,and trauma pain were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)On the 21 st postoperative day,the differences between the two groups in wound area reduction rate and wound bud morphology score were statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the differences in wound pain score,wound exudation score and wound bud color score between the two groups were not statistically significant(P > 0.05),indicating that the differences in improving pain and exudation between the two groups in the late stage of wound healing were not significant.The efficacy was more prominent in improving the quality of wound healing.(5)When comparing the time of decaying flesh,the time of epithelial growth and the time of complete healing of the wound between the two groups,the treatment group was earlier than the control group(P < 0.01),which indicated that expelling the decaying flesh and helping the epithelial growth could promote the decaying flesh and shorten the healing time of the wound.(6)After 30 days of treatment,the efficiency rate of the treatment group was100% and that of the control group was 99%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was related to the surgical method of treatment in both groups.CONCLUSION: In the postoperative wound healing process of perianal abscess with heat toxicity,the efficacy of dispelling rot and muscles can reduce local tissue exudate,relieve wound pain,promote the growth of wound granulation tissue,shorten the time for wound to enter epithelial growth,and accelerate the wound healing process,which is more effective in promoting the detachment of putrefied flesh and improving the color and shape of granulation tissue growth. |
