| Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Yixiaogao cooperate with Hemorrhoids-powder for promoting wound healing after Crissum abscess operation and analyze the machnism.Material and method:According to the random table method,60 patients included with crissum abscess, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each. The theatment group use Hemorrhoids powder fuming and washing and Yixiaogao dressing.The control group use Hemorrhoids powder fuming and washing and Ma yinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment dressing. The area, degree of pain, seepage of wound, edema, wound granulation tissue growth situation, and the integral and wound healing time record of two groups at different times were observed. All data were analyzed by the SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results:Treatment group in wound healing time, wound area, pain, wound exudation and edema, granulation tissue growth conditions were better than that in control group, P<0.05, significant differences.Conclusion:Yixiaogao dressing with Hemorrhoids powder fuming and washing in clinic can significantly relieve postoperative pain, reduce wounds effusion, promote the growth of granulation tissue, relieve edema wounds and shorten the wound healing time. |
