Clinical Observation On Modified Bazhen Decoction For The Treatment Of Brucellosis Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: Observation and demonstration of the clinical applicability of Bazhen Decoction as an adjunct in the treatment of Brucellosis deficiency syndrome.Methods:Selected from September 2017 to February 2020 in Xinjiang Medical University Affiliated Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Autonomous Region Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital for diagnosis Forty-two patients with deficiency syndrome(due to the protracted nature of the disease can appropriately expand the time range of case selection),randomly divided into a case group and a control group,the former given basic treatment of Western medicine plus Bazhen Tang plus or minus oral,the latter given Western medicine Basic treatment,at the same time,two groups of patients were given the disease health education and other programs.The test period for both groups was 4 weeks.After the treatment,the Chinese Medicine Symptom Improvement Scale,Western Medicine Symptom Score Scale and ODI score?VAS score were evaluated respectively.Results:During treatment,a total of 42 patients in both groups completed the trial.Improvement of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: The evaluation of clinical symptoms improvement of two groups of patients after treatment was more obvious than before treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P> 0.05).Western medicine symptom score: After treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than before(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant.ODI ? VAS score: After treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than before(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The adjuvant treatment of Bazhen Tang can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Brucella Deficiency Syndrome.The adverse reaction rate of Bazhen Decoction plus or minus adjuvant therapy is lower,and the clinical applicability is higher,and it should be widely promoted.
