Effect Of Bazhen Decoction On Patients With Knee Arthroplasty Physique And Blood Indexes

Objective: To investigate the effect of Bazhen Decoction on patients with knee arthroplasty physique and blood indexes, summarizes the advantages and safety of Bazhen Decoction on patients with postoperative physical and blood indexes. Method: The 60 patients who received total knee arthroplasty(TKA) were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, Patients admitted to hospital after the completion of a routine examination, treatment group began taking Bazhen soup, for taking six weeks after surgery. The control group not taking the medicine.Comparative and analysis of the two groups patients with knee arthroplasty after the 3d, 7d of RBC, Hb, flow and hidden blood loss, blood transfusion and the number of heterologous blood transfusion,postoperative 3 hours the blood coagulation function and operation after the first week, the second week, the fourth week, sixth week systemic symptom score.Results: The experimental group after the first 3d, 7d red blood cells(RBC), hemoglobin(Hb), the number of blood transfusion, blood transfusion and postoperative first week, second week the fourth week systemic symptom scores were lower than the control group,(P <0.05),there are statistical significance. The experimental group after 3 h of fibrinogen,prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time, and after the sixth week systemic symptom score compared with control group showed no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Before knee replacement surgery and postoperative oral Ba Zhen Tang can significantly reduce postoperative blood loss in patients with postoperative improvement in patients with systemic symptoms, and does not increase the amount of bleeding after surgical incisions and other risks, but its mechanism of action and long-term effects also needed for more clinical studies and larger sample size to further demonstrate clinical observation.
