A Study On The Evaluation Of Basic Public Health Services In Tibet

In this paper,questionnaires,field interviews and other research methods are used to understand the current situation of basic public health services in Tibet.In order to enhance the residents' health index,improve the level of public health services and make the development of health undertakings sustainable,optimization suggestions are put forward from various aspects.In this study,through the analysis of related literature at home and abroad,combined with CITESPACE software,the research on basic public health services is visualized,so as to improve the grasp of the future development trend of public health services.Based on the previous research,the evaluation index system of public health is constructed in combination with the actual situation in Tibet,and the entropy method is used to calculate the basic public health level of Tibet from 2015 to 2019.Through processing and analyzing the specific data obtained,and combining with case analysis method to verify the results of empirical evaluation,it can make up for the possible shortcomings of simple quantitative research and confirm the credibility of the application of index system.Through the questionnaire survey of basic public health items distributed to residents in Lhasa,Changdu,Linzhi and Naqu,combined with interviews,this paper summarizes the present situation of public health service level,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems.The current situation shows that there is a gap in health resources between cities,counties and villages in Tibet,but the public health service funds guarantee and service items have been improved.The specific problems are as follows: all regions in Tibet are facing the dilemma of lack of public health professionals,which is particularly prominent in rural areas and other remote areas;Residents' public health awareness is not strong,and policy makers also downplay prevention and prefer medical treatment;Inadequate publicity of basic public health services also leads to low awareness and attention of residents.In order to balance the level of public health services in various regions(cities)in Tibet and strengthen the public service system,this paper puts forward the following optimization countermeasures: actively strengthen the construction of medical and health institutions and public health talents;To improve the basic public health service level in Tibet,policies such as raising awareness of relevant public health and improving residents' health index should be adopted in a way acceptable to Tibetan residents.
