| Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Ma Ren Pill ointment massage in treating children's constipation of gastrointestinal dryness-heat type,and further discuss the mechanism of this method,and confirm the clinical efficacy and safety of this method.Methods Eighty children with constipation of gastrointestinal dryness-heat type were selected from October 2018 to September 2019.The patients were numbered according to the order of medical treatment.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.Finally 33 cases in the treatment group(excluding 2 cases,5 cases of abscission)and 33 cases in the control group(excluding 1 case,6 cases of abscission).The treatment group was used Ma Ren Pill Ointment and given these treating methods:the large intestine,six fu-organs,spleen meridian,internal eight diagrams,Boyangchi,abdomen,ribs,Qijiegu,spine and Zusanli for treatment.The control group was used Vaseline Ointment and given these treating methods:the large intestine,six fu-organs,spleen meridian,internal eight diagrams,Boyangchi,abdomen,ribs,Qijiegu,spine and Zusanli for treatment.The two groups were treated for one month.After one month,the clinical efficacy,integral of TCM symptoms and signs,changes of bowel sounds and recurrence rate were compared and evaluated.Results Both the treatment group and the control group could treat children with constipation of gastrointestinal dryness-heat type.The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.97%,and that of the control group was 84.85%.There were significant differences in stool characteristics,defecation times,defecation time,abdominal pain,abdominal distention,anal bloating,dry mouth,bad breath,short and red urine and diet(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the degree of difficulty in defecation,anal fissure,hematochezia,redness and fever,sore mouth and tongue(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after 1 month treatment(P<0.05),the results showed that the tinnitus in the treatment group was stronger than that before treatment,and significantly higher than that in the control group at the same time.The number of relapses in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.During the treatment,no adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Ma Ren pill ointment massage is effective in treating constipation of children with gastrointestinal dryness-heat type,and is superior to conventional massage therapy.Ma Ren Pill Ointment massage can improve stool characteristics,defecation frequency,defecation time,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,anal distension,dry mouth and bad breath,short and red urine and diet.Ma Ren pill ointment can enhance the bowel sound.Ma Ren Pill Ointment is safe and reliable in clinical application.It has no acute toxic reaction,allergic reaction and irritation reaction to skin. |
