| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of "acupoint application combined with Maziren pill" in treating constipation due to intestinal excess heat syndrome in children,and to preliminarily explore the mechanism of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating functional constipation in children,to provide a new idea for treating infantile constipation with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From March 2019 to January 2020,a total of 70 children with functional constipation and intestinal excess-heat Syndrome were enrolled in this clinical study.According to the principle of randomized controlled trial design,35 patients in each group.In the treatment group,35 cases were given "Maziren pill plus or minus and Tongbian paste ",35 cases in the control group were given "Maziren pill plus or minus" After one course of treatment,the primary and secondary symptoms and tongue coating of the two groups were evaluated.SPSS21.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result:1.Baseline evaluation: Treatment Group and Control Group in sex,course,age,secondary disease scores were not significantly different,comparable.2.Evaluatian of curtive effect of TCM Symptom:(1)Evaluation of curative effect of Main Symptom:Main symptoms scores comparison in two groups before and after treatment?the scores of the main symptom between two groups After treatment,were statistically significant(p<0.05),That both groups were effective in the treatment of fecal dryness and hardness,and The Treatment Group's curative effect was better than Control Group's.(2)Evaluation of curative effect of Secondary Symptom:Before and after treatment,the scores of secondary symptoms in the two groups were statistically significant,It means the two groups are effective in treating secondary symptoms.Among them,abdominal distension,defecation time,defecation after strenuous treatment scores between groups were statistically significant,treatment group was better than the control group.3.Evaluation of Total Curative Effect:The total effective rate was 91.43% in the treatment group,including 1 cured,22 effective,9 significant effective and 3 ineffective.In the Control Group,0 child was cured,5 were significant effective,20 were effective and 10 were ineffective.The total effective rate was 71.43%.After examination,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.And follow-up observation showed that the treatment group is still better than the control group.4.Safety evaluation:No adverse reaction was found in the course of treatment in 70 children in both groups.Conclusion: Tongbiantie has a good effect in treating infantile constipation with excess heat of intestine accompanied by abdominal distension,dry stool and heavy defecation,which is worthy of clinical popularization and further study. |
