Clinical Observation Of Modified Danggui Shaoyao San In Treating Target-related Drug-Related Hand-foot Syndrome

Objective This study aims to investigate the possible mechanism of action in the hand-foot syndrome by observing the clinical efficacy of Modified Danggui Shaoyao San.Methods Involved in the Department of Oncology,Shaoxing Second Hospital,and the Department of Oncology,Professor Luo Xuexin,from October 2018 to August 2019,who met 62 patients with blood stasis and blood stasis type of hand-foot syndrome after targeted drug use,randomized control,through random number table Methods The patients were divided into two groups.The experimental group was given oral Danggui Shaoyao Powder and vitamin B6,and the control group was given vitamin B6 orally.After 30 days,the patients were evaluated for the grade change of pain degree of hand-foot syndrome before and after treatment,the grade change of hand-foot syndrome,the change of quality of life(Carlisle Scale)score and the change of TCM syndrome score before and after treatment.Resul 1.In terms of improvement of pain level,the total remission rate of the experimental group was 89.5%,and the total remission rate of the control group was 57.14%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the improvement of the classification of hand-foot syndrome,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 80%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 44%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In terms of improvement in quality of life(Kappa)score,the improvement rate of the test group was 70%,the stability rate was 30%;the control group was 37.5%,and the stability rate was 62.5%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In the improvement of TCM syndrome scores,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 25%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.Adding Danggui Shaoyao Powder can significantly reduce the pain grade of hand-foot syndrome;2.Adding Danggui Shaoyao Powder can effectively reduce the classification of hand and foot syndrome;3.Adding Danggui Shaoyao San can improve the quality of life(Kashi)score of patients;4.Jiawei Danggui Shaoyao San can relieve the symptoms of patients with blood-deficiency and blood stasis type of hand-foot syndrome,and reduce TCM syndrome scores.
