Clinical Observation Of Astragalus Liuwei Combined With Danggui Shaoyao San On Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Patients Of Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective: To investigate the safety and clinical efficacy of Astragalus Liuwei and Danggui Shaoyao San on primary nephrotic syndrome patientsof spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis.METHODS: Sixty patients with primary nephrotic syndrome who were outpatients and inpatients in the nephrology department of Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly division the experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and The experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction Huangqi Liuwei and Danggui Shaoyao Powder.Various indexes were observed and compared before and after treatment,including disease efficacy,TCM syndrome score,urine protein,24 h urine protein,serum albumin,renal function,blood lipid,coagulation and so on.Results:1.Contrast of the total Clinical curative effect between the two groups after treatment,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.After treatment,the two groups were compared in the improvement of TCM syndrome total score.The improvement of TCM syndrome total score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P< 0.001(P<0.05),showing a significant difference.3.The comparison of the total efficacy of TCM symptoms between the two groups after treatment showed that the total efficacy of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,P< 0.001(P<0.05),showing a significant difference.4.Comparison results of biochemical indexes after treatment: after treatment,Pro,24 Hu Pro,ALB,TC,TG,LDL-C and FIB were compared between the two groups,and the results instructions the improvement degree of these indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05,showing a significant difference.CONCLUSIONS: Huangqi Liuwei combined with Danggui Shaoyao Powder can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of PNS patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency combined with blood stasis.It can effectively enhance ALB,reduce 24 H UPRO and reduce the quality of PRO,thus reducing urinary protein.It can effectively reduce TC,TG and LDL-C,improve patients’ blood lipid levels,and improve coagulation function FIB to a certain extent,which can reduce the risk of high coagulation state to a certain extent,so as to achieve the purpose of alleviating the disease.
