Objective:This study intends to use the clinical observation of Huoxue Tongluo Recipe to bathe in the treatment of anti-cancer drug-related HFS with Qi deficiency and blood stasis to provide clinical ideas for the cure of hand-foot syndrome.Methods:This study collected 61 HFS patients into the group,including 30 cases in the observation group(Huoxue Tongluo prescription by bath + externally coated urea vitamin E cream),and 31 cases in the control group(warm water by bath + externally coated urea vitamin E cream).After 21 days of therapy,and the changes in HFS classification,pain classification,blood routine,liver and kidney function in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:The overall distribution of the clinical effects of the two treatments in reducing HFS grade and pain grade is not the same(P<0.05).Both groups of patients did not experience skin rash,itching and other adverse reactions during the treatment.The overall distribution of blood routine and liver and kidney function difference before and after treatment is the same(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Huoxue Tongluo prescription by bath combined with vitamin E urea cream and warm water by bath combined with vitamin E urea cream can alleviate the clinical symptoms of HFS patients to varying degrees,and during the treatment process,there was no adverse reaction caused by the test drug.However,Huoxue Tongluo prescription by bath combined with vitamin E urea cream is significantly higher than that of warm water by bath combined with vitamin E urea cream in reducing HFS classification and alleviating hand and foot pain.
