Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Post-infection Cough By Acupuncture That Through Governor Meridian And Dispersing Pertains Lung Qi

Purpose:In this study,we observe the patients who accepting the treatment called acupuncture"through governor meridian and dispersing pertains lung qi".Then contrast the symptoms?changes in quality of life,etc before and after treatment to discussing the clinical curative effect by acupuncturing(through governor meridian and dispersing pertains lung qi)on Post-infection cough(PIC).Methods:In this study,63 cases that up to standard were divided into treatment group and control group by random allocation,32 cases in the control group,31 cases in the treatment group,3 cases after shedding,Finally every group had 30 cases.The patients in control group taked medicine named A si mei(fu fang jia yang na ming?Shanghai Di yi san gong pharmaceuticals company),2 pills at a time,three times a day;The patients in treatment group are accepted acupuncture "through governor meridian and dispersing pertains lung qi".Acupoint selection:main points:Dazhui(DU14)?Fenghu?Feishu(BL13?double)?Pishu(BL20?double);After acupuncture,taking Chiropractic therapy.Do the treatment every day for five days.They filled in Symptom score table?Visual analogue scale?LCQ before and after the treatment.We observed the differences between control group and treatment group,the differences between before and after treatment to discussing the clinical curative effect by acupuncturing(through governor meridian and dispersing pertains lung qi)on Post-infection cough(PIC).Results:1.After the treatment,the Symptom score table(day,night,and total scores)and VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the LCQ scores(psychological score and total score)were higher than before treatment.There were significant differences between before and after treatment.(P<0.05).It indicates that the treatment group and the control group are all effective;2.After the treatment,the Symptom score table(day,night,total scores)and VAS score of the treatment group are lower than control group,the LCQ scores(psychological score and total score)was higher than the control group(P<0.05).It indicates that the curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.3.After treatment,the total efficiency of treatment group was 90%,and the total efficiency of control group was 73.3%.Compared with the two groups,(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.It indicates that the total efficiency of the treatment group was higher than the control group.Conclusion:The "Through governor meridian and dispersing pertains lung qi" of acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Post-infection cough(PIC),relieve their nervousness and anxiety,and improve the quality of life.Compared with pure western medicine,the effect is more significant.
