Clinical Studies Of Acupuncture Combined With Chiropractic Treatment On Non-erosive Relux Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with chiropractic treatment of non-erosive Relux Disease(NERD),explores its theoretical basis,in order to better in clinicalpractice.Methods:60 cases of NERD patients were randomly divided into treatment group,control group,30 samples of each group.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture and combined with chiropractic;the control group was treated with acupuncture alone.Two groups of acupoints:Du meridian positive response point,Zhiyang,Lingtai,Shendao,Dazhui,Baihui,three times a week,30min once,observation period of 6 weeks.The evaluation use RDQ symptom frequency scale,GERD-HRQL scale,SAS,SDS and GerdQ scale,comparing to before and after treatment,and between groups clinical efficacy.Result:1.After the treatment,two groups of patients with RDQ and GerdQ points decreased,and the frequency of heartburn,acid reflux,chest pain and anti-eating were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05),both groups had therapeutic effect on NERD.The score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.2.After the treatment,the scores of SAS,SDS and GERD-HRQL in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the treatment group after treatment score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),The score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),it is suggested that acupuncture combined with chiropractic is better than acupuncture alone in improving the anxiety,depression and quality of life in patients with NERD.3.The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 83.33%in the control group,P=0.228>0.05,the total effective rate of the two groups was not statistically significant;The recovery and markedly effective rate was 56.67%in the treatment group and 26.67%in the control group,P=0.009<0.05,there was a significant difference.Indicating that there was no significant difference in the efficiency of NERD treatment between the two groups,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.4.1 month follow-up,the recurrence rate of two groups compared to P=0.015<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that acupuncture combined with chiropractic treatment of NERD long-term efficacy is better than acupuncture alone.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with chiropractic treatment of NERD is effective,better than acupuncture alone.Acupuncture combined with chiropractic can stimulate Du meridian,not only can effectively improve the NERD patients with acid reflux,heartburn,non-heart Chest pain,anti-food and other clinical symptoms,and for improving the patient's anxiety,depression and quality of life also has a significant effect.Worthy of clinical promotion and application.
