Clinical Observation On Governor Meridian-regulating And Brain-unblocking Acupuncture For Post-stroke Depression

Objective :By observing the stitch "tong du resolve depression" for patients with poststroke depression HAMD scale score,ADL scale score,and the influence of 5-HT content in serum,for "tong and resolve depression" clinical curative effect and safety of stitch to make objective evaluation,for the treatment of poststroke depression provide a safe and efficient solution,at the same time provide certain theoretical basis for its clinical promotion and specification standards.Methods:In this study,60 patients with PSD were randomized into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).In the treatment group,acupuncture was used to treat the needle.The cavity was selected by the tongli and sanyin,and according to the syndrome differentiation,it was added and decreased,once a day,six times a week.2weeks for one course of treatment,2 courses of treatment for 4 weeks.In the control group,fluoxetine hydrochloride was administered once a day.By comparing the treatment group and control group patients with Hamilton rating Scale(Hamilton 'Scale,HAMD),ability of daily life(ADL)before and after treatment,the change of the score,and plasma serotonin(5-hydroxy tryptamine,5-HT)concentration in the change of the before and after treatment,objective evaluation the clinical curative effect of tong du resolve Depression acupuncture.Results:(1)comparison of baseline indicators: the patient's age,gender,and course data were not statistically significant(P > 0.05),with homogeneity,which could be compared.(2)the HAMD scale score showed that the score of HAMD scale in the treatment group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05)compared with the control group.Compared with the HAMD scale score of the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was obvious(P < 0.01).After treatment in the treatment group,the HAMD scale score was significantly different from that in the control group(P < 0.01).(3)the ADL scale score showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the ADL scale score and the control group in the treatment group(P BBB 0 0.05).Compared with the HAMD scale score of the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was obvious(P < 0.01).After treatment in the treatment group,the HAMD scale(4)score was significantly different from that in the control group(P < 0.01).(5)the contents of 5-ht in the serum showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the 5-ht content in the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P BBB 0 0.05).Compared with the 5-ht level after treatment before treatment,the difference was obvious(P < 0.01).After treatment in the treatment group,the level of 5-ht was significantly different from that in the control group(P <0.01).Conclusion :(1)The governor Jieyu acupuncture has definite curative effect for treating post-stroke depression.(2)"Governor indulgence Jieyu" acupuncture can effectively increase serum 5-HT levels in patients,making patients HAMD score decreased,ADL score increased,and effective in relieving patients with depressive symptoms.(3)"Dongguan Jieyu" acupuncture treatment for depression after stroke cost is relatively low,side effects,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
