Mongolian Medicine Wuwei Ganlu Medicinal Bath Therapy For Psoriasis Vulgaris Clinical Effect Observation

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of the Mongolian medicine Wuwei Ganlu bath therapy for psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:A total of 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris who met the diagnostic criteria of Mongolian and Western medicine and included the criteria for treatment in the dermatology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities were selected.example.Both groups were treated with compound glycyrrhizin and topical hyaluronic acid as the basic treatment.Observation group was added with Wuwei Ganlu bath,while control group was given warm water bath once a day for 20 minutes each time,and 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Observe and record the skin lesion area score,single item lesion severity score,PASI score,itching score,quality of life score,dermoscopy score,no adverse reactions and recurrence before and after treatment in the observation group and the control group,using IBMSPSS22.0 statistics The software performs statistical processing and analysis on the data.Results:The clinical recovery of the observation group was 0,8 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,and 7 cases were invalid;the clinical recovery of the control group was 0,4 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,and 14 cases were invalid.After treatment,both groups improved.After statistical analysis,the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 76.00%,and the total effective rate of patients in the control group was 53.00%.The curative effect of the two groups was P<0.05.The difference indicates that the observation group is superior to the control group.Conclusion:(1)The Mongolian medicine Wuwei Ganlu can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with psoriasis vulgaris,and its skin lesion area,erythema,scales,and infiltration are significantly better than the control group.(2)The Mongolian medicine Wuwei Ganlu medicated bath has a good clinical effect on Xieriwusu partial psoriasis and Qisuxila partial psoriasis,but the therapeutic effect of Xieriwusu partial Sheng type is better than Qisuxila Partial type.(3)The Mongolian medicine Wuwei Ganlu medicated bath has no toxic and side effects.It can be used in elderly people with psoriasis and the recurrence rate is lower than the control group.It is suitable for clinical promotion and application,and is a safe and effective Mongolian medicine characteristic treatment method.
