Study On The Development And Characteristics Of Tibetan Medicine Wuwei Ganlu Medicated Bath Therapy In Amdo Region

The Tibetan medicine bath is a unique and important therapy in Tibetan medicine.The Wuwei manna bath is an important part of the Tibetan medicine bath.Through clinical learning and key consultations,field visits and sample collection,summary analysis,etc.The development process and characteristics of Wuwei Ganlu Bath in Anduo District were studied.First of all,it discusses the factors of inheritance and development of Tibetan medicine baths,the characteristics of treatment methods adapting to the times,and discusses the ancient literature and compound medicine materials of five-mannose medicines in each era;The types and functions of nectar are comprehensively analyzed.In addition,according to the 49 volumes of ancient books on Tibetan medicine,the clinical application procedures and clinical practice of Tibetan medicine baths are followed and analyzed.Afterwards,we investigated and understood the development of the Mambazacang in the whole Amdo region and the medicine bathing department of more than 30 Tibetan hospitals,and conducted a preliminary study on the clinical development and characteristics of the Wuwei Ganlu bath in the Duomai area.In short,according to the treatment plan,60 different medicine prescriptions were excavated from the "Four Medical Classics",76 ancient books excavated 27 kinds of ancient books about Wuwei Ganlu,and 49 kinds of compound prescriptions.From the 27 ancient Tibetan medicine bath ancient books,the different uses and functions of 21 kinds of medicines are clarified.Based on 49 ancient medicine baths,two widely developed bathing methods and fermentation methods were excavated,and 142 addition and subtraction drugs were excavated.After surveying the overall situation of the medicine bathing department of more than 30 Tibetan hospitals in the Doma District,it is inherited by the medicine bath masters with a long history of Wuwei Ganlu baths in the Doma District,and the differences between their writings and clinical practice.In the course of practice,especially the addition and subtraction of Wuwei Manna,fermentation process,etc.,compared with other regions,has unique clinical value characteristics.
