Clinical Observation In The Treatment To Psoriasis Vulgaris

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of the therapy with narrow spectrum medium wave ultraviolet(NB-UVB),mineral spring bath,compound glycyrrhizin capsules capsule on psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:90 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into three groups. The three groups were treated with NB-UVB,mineral spring bath and compound glycyrrhizin capsules capsule.The ultraviolet group was treated with NB-UVB phototherapy. The initial dose was 0.2J~0.4J/cm2,three times a week, with 10% increasing every time, and the maximum dose was 2.65J/cm2; the mineral spring bath group was simply treated with mineral spring bath,one times a week;the oral pharmaceutical group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin capsules capsule,three times per day, 50 mg each time.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Clinical effects and side effects were observed 8 weeks,after the therapy.ResultsAt 8 weeks point, the total effective rate was 94.8% in the ultraviolet group, 61.3% in the mineral spring bath group and 64% in the compound glycyrrhizin capsules capsule group; the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The side effects were mild in the three groups.ConclusionsThe therapy of NB-UVB can improve the clinical effect of patients with psoriasis vulgaris,effect of which is better than the mineral spring bath and the compound glycyrrhizin capsules capsule.
