| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiedu Huoxue pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath on psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis type).Methods:120 patients with psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis type)were randomly divided into treatment group,control group 1 and control group2,40 cases in each group.During the course of treatment,6 cases fell off.The actual number of completed cases was 38 in the treatment group,39 in the control group 1 and 37 in the control group 2.The treatment group was given Jiedu Huoxue pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath,the control group 1 was given dermatosis blood poison pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath,the control group 2 was given dermatosis blood poison pill.The scores of PASI and pruritus were recorded before treatment,28 and 56 days after treatment.The curative effect was observed and the results were statistically analyzed.The adverse reactions of patients during clinical observation were analyzed to evaluate the safety of drugs.Results:1.At the 28 th and 56th day of treatment,the PASI score and the moderate itch score of the three groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).2.At the 28 th day after treatment,there were significant differences in PASI scores between the treatment group and the control group 1 and 2(P<0.05),and in the itching degree between the treatment group and the control group 2(P<0.05).After 56 days of treatment,there were significant differences in PASI score and itching degree between the treatment group and the control group 1 and 2(P<0.05).3.After the 56th day of treatment,the improvement of PASI score was used as the index of clinical effect.In the treatment group,2 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,4 caseswere ineffective,the total effective rate was 89.47%.In the control group 1,0 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 74.36%.In the control group 2,0 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was64.86%.The total effective rate of the three groups,the treatment group and control group 1 and control group 2 were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Jiedu Huoxue pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath treatment can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis type)patients.2.Jiedu Huoxue pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath is a safe and effective method to treat psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis type). |
