Study On The Symptoms Of Immature Fever Of Common Cold In Children

Objective: 1.To study the changes of the main symptoms of the common cold in children during the immature febrile phase.2.It is helpful for young doctors and general practitioners to prevent and treat the common cold.3.Let parents have a certain understanding of the symptoms of the immature fever phase of the common cold and have the cognition of prevention and treatment.Methods: 1.Collect relevant literature materials,textbooks,dictionaries,etc.,and treat the symptoms of common cold in children,the symptoms of fever in the immature period,as well as the symptoms of vein,tongue,urine,etc.Compile cold symptoms and diagnostic methods and summarize and analyze the forms of patients.2.A total of 800 patients who were admitted to the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia university for nationalities and met the research criteria were collected in the form of these subjects.They were divided into nose cold,throat cold and lung cold by asking,touching and inspection.In addition,parents and patients were asked about the onset time,and the early symptoms and potential hidden symptoms were summarized,and the patient's name,age,gender,tongue performance and urine were recorded in detail.3.800 patients in four seasons were selectively collected and observed for symptoms of common cold,and the patients collected in spring were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was mainly given basic care,but the observation group was given preventive care,health education and detailed clinical results.4.Through the statistical analysis to examine the year of the Inner Mongolia university for nationalities what kind of cold in affiliated hospital of pediatrics outpatient service,and according to the frequency of symptoms to immature period of the main symptoms of fever stage and to study the change rule,and understanding of health education and disease recurrence rate were analyzed.Results: 1.The incidence season of common cold was classified and analyzed:340 cases(42.5%)in spring;2.In winter,there were 242 cases,accounting for 30.25%.In autumn,there were120 cases,accounting for 15%.There were 98 cases in summer,accounting for12.25%.2.Symptoms of fever in the immature stage: among the 800 cases of common cold patients collected,symptoms of fever in the immature stage were 664(83%),and symptoms of fever in the immature stage were 136(17%).3.Analysis of the location of the cold: among the 800 patients,the symptoms of nasal cold were 428,accounting for 53.5%;Symptoms of laryngeal cold were 216cases(27%);The lung cold symptoms were 156 cases(19.5%).4.The symptoms of fever in the immature stage were 664 patients: 413 cases of nose cold(62.2%),116 cases of throat cold(17.47%),and 135 cases of lung cold(20.33%).5.Symptom analysis of 428 patients with nasal cold: sneezing was 93.46%;A runny nose was 90.17%.Nasal congestion was 84.11%;Nasal singing was 65.42%.Nasal pruritus was 45.79%;Chills were 37.38%;The nasal trunk was 35.51%;A runny nose was 25 percent;Nasal rash was 20.09%;Physical discomfort was 11.68%;Nasal acid was 6.07%;Muscle soreness was 4.67%;Fatigue was 4.67%.6.Symptom analysis of 216 patients with laryngeal cold: pharyngeal redness and swelling was 91.67%;The burning sensation of larynx was 89.35%;Cough was86.57%.Laryngeal pruritus was 75%;Swallowing discomfort was 55.56%.Coughing187 times,accounting for 86.57%;Laryngeal swelling was 52.78%;Laryngeal pain was 50%;A runny nose was 48.61%;Chills were 44.9 percent;Muscle soreness was37.03%.Headache was 33.33%;Body discomfort was 32.41%;Nasal congestion was27.78%;Sneezing was 25.46%;Fatigue was 19.9%;Hoarseness was 19.44%;Afternoon fever was 18.98%;Laryngeal abscess was 17.13%;Irregular fever was10.65%.The acid bitterness in the mouth was 8.8%.Nausea was 2.78%;Vomiting,1.85%;Abdominal pain was twice(0.93%).7.Symptom analysis of 156 patients with pulmonary cold: laryngeal singing accounted for 91.03%;The incidence of low fever was 87.18%.Symptoms of dry cough were 83.33%.Physical discomfort was 80.77%;Chills were 75,64 percent;Muscle soreness was 67.3%;Fatigue was 64.1 percent;Irregular fever was 62.82%.Chest pain was 60.9%;Headaches were 50%;Sneezing was 43.59%;Stuffy nose32.05%;Yellow sputum was 28.21%;A runny nose was 26.92%;Difficulty breathing25.64%;Afternoon low fever 25%;Yellow mucous sputum was 23.08%;Hypogustatory 16.67%;Intraoral acid bitterness was 12.17%.Abdominal pain by11.54%;Diarrhea 9.62%;Nausea,6.41%;Symptoms of vomiting were 5.77%.8.Analysis of symptoms of immature fever of common cold: 413 patients with symptoms of fever in the immature stage of nasal cold were observed;The frequency of fever(seven days)in the immature period was found,and the frequency of various symptoms was the highest the next day,including sneezing(94.4%),runny nose(84.7%),nasal congestion(83.5%)and chills(14.5%).There were 116 cases of fever in the immature stage of laryngeal cold.The frequency of fever in the immature period(seven days)was observed,and the frequency of various symptoms was the highest on the third day.Among them,82.8% had runny nose,70.7% had chills,67.24% had muscle aches,62.1% had headache,60.3% had body discomfort,31.9%had fatigue,27.6% had low fever in the afternoon,and 17.2% had irregular fever.135 patients developed lung cold and had fever in the immature stage;The frequency of fever in the immature period(seven days)was observed.On the fourth day,the frequency of symptoms was the highest,including cough of 92.6%,physical discomfort of 88.9%,body chills of 83%,muscle aches of 77.8%,fatigue of 74.1%,irregular fever of 69.6%,headache of 51.9%,afternoon low fever of 26.7%,and nausea of 2.9%.Conclusion: 1.The proportion of nasal cold is the largest,followed by throat cold and lung cold in the outpatient department of pediatrics of affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia university for nationalities.2.According to the analysis of existing data,the main symptom of nasal cold is sneezing;The main symptom of laryngeal cold is pharyngeal redness and swelling.A burning sensation in the throat;The patient developed a cough;And his throat was itchy.The main symptom of lung cold is laryngeal singing.A low grade fever.Dry cough symptoms;Physical discomfort;Physical chills;Muscle soreness;Lack ofpower.Irregular fever;Chest pain.3.The main symptoms of fever in the immature stage of nasal cold are the highest on the second day,mainly sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion and chills.The main symptoms of fever in the immature stage of laryngeal cold appear most frequently on the third day,mainly including runny nose,chills,muscle aches,headache and physical discomfort.The main symptoms of pulmonary cold fever occurred at the highest frequency on the fourth day,mainly including cough,physical discomfort,chills,muscle aches,fatigue,and irregular fever.4.Educate children and their families about common cold,and actively carry out targeted preventive nursing work and health education,which will help to reduce the rate of disease recurrence.
