Objective:1.To evaluate the clinical effect of massage with milk oil on senile constipation.2.Observe whether smear therapy can prevent the recurrence of senile constipation.Methods:The 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the order of visit.There were 30 patients in each group.On the basis of the treatment method of the control group,the treatment group performed massage with milk oil on eight acupoints including xiandouxia acupoint,PI acupoint,huoshuai acupoint,ileocecal acupoint,xiaochangshang acupoint,xiaochangxia acupoint and anterior bladder acupoint once a day for 20 minutes for 7 consecutive days.Clinical symptoms and quality of life were observed and analyzed before and after treatment,and all data were statistically analyzed and processed,using P as the representative.The recurrence rate of constipation was analyzed by follow-up observation 3 months after discharge.Results:1.Comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment:the total effective rate was 90.0%in the treatment group and 76.7%in the control group.After statistical treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(X2=0.140.P<0.01).2.The two groups before and after treatment clinical main symptoms comparison:comparison group,the treatment group and control group difficult defecation,stool shape,defecation time,defecate frequency,straining feeling integral have significant difference(P<0.01),the comparison between the two groups after treatment,defecation difficulties,defecation time,defecate frequency,straining feeling integral have significant difference(P<0.05),fecal shape integral no difference(P>0.05).3.Comparison of scores of clinical secondary symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment:compared within the group,there was a significant difference in symptoms of spontaneous sweating,shortness of breath,weakness of limbs and mental fatigue between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.01),and no difference in total scores of symptoms of spontaneous sweating,shortness of breath,weakness of limbs and mental fatigue between the two groups after treatment(P>,0.05).4.Comparison of PAC-QOL scores before and after treatment in the two groups:comparison within the group showed that PAC-QOL scores in the treatment group and the control group were different before and after treatment,which was statistically significant(The treatment group t=14.441,P<0.05;Control group t=15.176,P<0.05).In comparison between the two groups,the PAC-QOL score of the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of recurrence rates between the two groups:within 3 months after treatment,the recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Mongolian medicine smear therapy can improve the defecation difficulty,fecal shape,defecation time,defecation frequency,falling sensation and other symptoms of the main symptoms of senile constipation.2.Mongolian medicine massage with milk oil treats senile constipation by removing blood h eat,improving reverse downdraft,softening feces and improving gastrointestinal function.3.Mongolian medicine massage with milk oil can prevent the recurrence of senile constipation.4.Mongolian medicine massage with milk oil is simple to operate,no side effects,can remove the advantages of a treatment.
