Objective: 1.The positive rate of autistic symptoms in children with asthma was investigated.2.To study the perioperative influencing factors of autistic symptoms in children with asthma. Methods: The 2 to 18-year-old children with asthma who were admitted to the Children's Asthma Clinic of Guizhou Provincial people's Hospital from May 2018 to January 2019 and in accordance with the guidelines for the diagnosis and Prevention of bronchial Asthma in Children(2016 Edition),were fully informed,Parents signed informed consent and were included in this study as a case group, and a stratified random sampling method was used from the Children's Health Center of Guizhou Provincial people's Hospital under the basic conditions of basic matching with age and sex of the case group. At about 1:1,2-18-year-old children were recruited for admission and school check-up as normal control group.A face-to-face questionnaire was used to screen autism-like symptoms and collect basic information among parents of all asthmatic and normal control children. The main contents were: age, gender, place of residence,person-to-person relationship, and age, sex, place of residence,person-to-person relationship, age, sex, residence, and so on.General demographic informatics features such as parental occupation. The parents of children in asthma group completed the questionnaire of factors related to perinatal period at the same time, including: maternal exposure during pregnancy: history of fever infection;history of asthma / allergy;history of medication;history of folic acid supplement, history of vitamin B;history of heavymetal exposure;Pet history;decoration history;pregnant residence new decoration or new furniture history, etc.Birth conditions: mode of production;history of birth hypoxia asphyxia;birth times;birth weight;weeks of pregnancy. To analyze the detection of autism-like symptoms in children with asthma and normal children, and to analyze the factors affecting perinatal period in children with asthma by univariate analysis. Then the influence factors of univariate analysis were brought into the non-conditional multi-factor logistic regression model, and then the factors influencing the perinatal period of autism-like symptoms in children with asthma were obtained. Results: 1.Children with asthma and normal children:(1)the detection rate of autism-like symptoms: the asthma group was finally included in 130 children,of whom 85 were boys and 45 girls, with a male-to-female ratio of 1.89 to 1.The prevalence of autism-like symptoms was 14.6%(19 / 130).The normal children group eventually included 133 children,86 boys,47 girls and 1.83 girls, according to age,sex-matched and roughly in line with the 1:1 ratio of the asthma group. The detection rate of autism-like symptoms in asthma group was 6.01%(8 / 133),and there was a significant difference between asthma group and normal children(P = 0.031),and the incidence of autism-like symptoms in asthma group was significantly higher than that in normal children(P < 0.05).And the detection rate of autism-like symptoms was about 8 percentage points higher than that of the normal control group.(2)the scores of ASRS scale in asthma group were significantly higher than those in normal children group(P < 0.05).The scores of communication with adults(Adult Socialization,AS)and sensory sensitivity(Sensory Sensitivity,SS)in asthma group were significantly higher than those in normal children group(P < 0.05).Univariate analysis of perinatal effects of autism-like symptoms in asthma: children with asthma autism-like symptoms were compared with children with non-autism-like symptoms of asthma: maternal exposure to drugs during pregnancy,The birth line macrosomia had statistical significance(P < 0.05).And multivariate logisticregression analysis showed that macrosomia may be an independent risk factor for asthma with autism-like symptoms(P=0.001).Conclusion:The results of this study show that: 1.Children with asthma had more obvious autism-like symptoms than ordinary children, and the ASRS score was the most significant difference between the two dimensions of communication with adults and sensory sensitivity.2.Univariate analysis suggests that maternal drug exposure during pregnancy may affect asthma complicated with autistic symptoms.Multivariate regression analysis showed that giant birth may be an independent risk factor for asthma complicated with autistic symptoms.
