Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods:Selected in December 2018 to June 2019 in Inner Mongolia university for nationalities affiliated Mongolian medicine respiratory outpatient and the inpatient treatment and meet the requirements of the included in 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stabilization, there are two courses of treatment and recuperation, each 3 months.(1)Treatment:after breakfast:Wu Zhu Mu-7,3g warm water to take; After lunch:Zan Dan-20,15 tablets of warm water to take; After dinner:wood Ao Xi Gen Xi Ji Le,15 grain, warm boiled water.(2)During the conditioning period to take medicine:After breakfast:Sea-buckthorn five-flavar prowder3g warm water to take; After dinner:wood Ao Xi Gen Xi Mu Ji Le,15 grain, warm boiled water. At the same time, according to the three partial disease syndrome, the condition is slow and urgent to choose butter smear therapy, cupping therapy, salt hot compress therapy.Through the reto spective before-and-after study method, compared before treatment, medication for 12 weeks and 24 weeks of Mongolian medicine clinical symptom score, pulmonary function index:the ratio of forced expiratoryme in the first second to in the expected volue(FEV1%),ratio of forced vital capacity of estimated value(FVC%)and a second rate(FEV1/FVC%),a modified version of the medical research council dyspnea questionnaire(mMRC),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT),six minutes walking experiment 6MTD,and compared before and after the treatment of acute exacerbation risk assessment to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Results:1.Comparison of total effective rate after treatment:a total of 60 cases, including 58 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases, with a total effective rate of 96.67%.Comparison of total effective rate before and after treatment:a total of 60 cases, including 24 effective cases,34 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases, with a total effective rate of 96.67%.2.Comparison of Mongolian medicine symptom scores before and after treatment:(1)comparison of the total symptom scores before and after treatment, the scores were significantly lower than those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)the main symptoms of cough, expectoration, chest tightness and other symptoms before treatment,12 weeks after treatment, and after treatment compare one to another have significant differences, with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Before and after treatment, the scores of secondary symptoms were compared, and sputum difficulty in cough, sleep, tinnitus, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, oral purple purple, abdominal distension were significantly improved, with statistical significance(P<0.05),while the improvement of fever and pallor was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Comparison of CAT,m MRC and 6WMD:CAT,m MRC score and 6WMD before treatment,12 weeks after treatment, and after treatment compare one to another all improved significantly, with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Comparison of lung function indicators(FEV1%,FVC%,FEV1/FVC%):before treatment,12 weeks after treatment, and after treatment compare one to another,FEV1/FVC%and FEV1%decreased,while FVC%increased, but the differences were not statistically significant.5.Comparison of the risk of acute exacerbation before and after treatment:The results showed that the number of colds and the hospitalization rate of acute exacerbation were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant after T-test(P<0.05).6.Comparison of safety indicators:there was no statistical significance in the comparison of safety detection indicators of patients before and after treatment(P>0.05);The results showed that there was no significant change in the safety indexes before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.The treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by Mongolian medicine significantly improved the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of Mongolian medicine.2.The treatment of stable copd by Mongolian medicine can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and improve their activity ability.3.Mongolian medicine treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the prevention of cold, reduce the acute exacerbation of hospitalization rate and other aspects of the role of superior.4.According to the observation of clinical research, all the safety detection indicators have no obvious change before and after treatment, and are safe and reliable.
