| Purpose: To observe the effect of Zishui Tongluo decoction on clinical symptoms,serum alkaline phosphatase,25-hydroxyvitamin D3 ? quality of life in patients with osteoporosis caused by aromatase inhibitor(AI)treatment of breast cancer to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Research method:According to the principle of random grouping,72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis after breast cancer AI were selected from January to December 2019 in oncology department of Yunnan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into treatment group and control group.The changes of TCM syndrome score,serum alkaline phosphatase,25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and QOL score and related safety indexes before and after treatment were compared and analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:1.The results showed that the treatment group had a better effect than the control group in improving osteoporosis,such as back pain,back pain,waist and knee soreness,lower extremity pain,walking difficulty,dizziness and so on.The P values were <0.05.After treatment with calcic ossification triol,the total effective rate reached 47.06% in the control group,and 76.47% in the treatment group(P<0.05).2.The bone metabolism index serum alkaline phosphatase and 25 hydroxy vitamin D3 were compared before and after treatment,and the P values were >0.05,which showed that the improvement of serum alkaline phosphatase and 25 hydroxy vitamin D3 was not obvious in the two treatments.3.The quality of life score(QOL score)was compared within the group before andafter treatment.the tested P value <0.05,and the difference was significant,indicating that both groups could improve the quality of life of the patients.the quality of life score(QOL score)was compared between the two groups after treatment,and the P values were <0.05,which showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group in improving the quality of life of the patients.4.In 68 cases,there were no abnormal changes of blood routine,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram,and no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Zishui Tongluo decoction can obviously improve the osteoporosis caused by the treatment of breast cancer aromatase inhibitor(AI),such as back pain,waist and knee soreness,lower extremity pain,walking difficulty,dizziness and dizziness,and so on.It can obviously improve the quality of life of patients,and has no obvious effect on serum alkaline phosphatase and 25 hydroxyvitamin D3. |
