Clinical Observation Of Zishui Qinggan Decoction In The Treatment Of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis With Liver Stagnation Transforming Into Fire And Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:Through the clinical observation of Zishui Qinggan Yin Jiawei Decoction in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients with liver depression and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,it is evaluated whether the decoction has improved bone mineral density,TCM symptom scores and other indicators,and provides for future treatment More theoretical support.Methods:Sixty patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into the control group(risedronate sodium tablet group)30 cases and the observation group(Zishui Qinggan Decoction modified group)30 cases in a1:1 ratio according to the random number table method.All groups Do not observe for 4 months.The treatment group was given Zishuiqingganyin Jiawei Decoction,1 bag once a time,twice a day,warm taken half an hour before meals.The control group was treated with risedronate sodium tablets,once a day,5 mg once a day,taking it in an upright position 30 minutes before meals every morning,swallowing with 200 ml of warm water,not chewing,and maintaining an ambulatory position within 30 minutes of taking the medicine.Record the TCM symptom score,lumbar L1-4,left femoral neck,ward area bone mineral density,serum Ca,P,ALP level,VAS pain score and other indicators of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients in the observation group and the control group before and after treatment.And carry out statistical analysis.Results:1.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients decreased(p<0.05),but the TCM symptom relief of the Zishuiqingganyin modified prescription group was greater than that of the risedronate sodium tablets group(p<0.05).2.After treatment,the two groups of patients have a certain degree of traditional Chinese medicine.The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine in the Zishui Qinggan Decoction group is 92.9%,and the total effective rate of the risedronate sodium tablets group is 75%,indicating that Zishui Qing The medical effect of Ganyin Jiaweifang group is better.(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the patients in the risedronate sodium tablets group and the Zishui Qinggan Decoction Modified Decoction group were relieved of lower back pain,and the VAS pain score of the Zishui Qinggan Decoction Modified Decoction group was higher than that of risedronic acid The decrease in sodium tablets group was more obvious(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the bone mineral density of the lumbar spine L1-4,left femoral neck and ward area in the risedronate sodium tablet group and the Zishui Qingganyin Jiawei prescription group were all improved(p<0.05),the comparison between groups was not statistically significant(p>0.05).5.After treatment,serum Ca,P,and ALP levels in the risedronate sodium tablets group and the Zishui Qinggan Yin Jiawei Decoction group were better than before(P<0.05),and the indexes of the Zishui Qinggan Yin Jiawei Decoction group improved more.Obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion: Zishui Qinggan Decoction has a certain curative effect in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with liver depression and kidney yin deficiency syndromes.There is no obvious adverse reaction.It has good improvement on the patients' back pain and other traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and bone metabolism indicators.,It is a good choice in clinical application.
