Clinical Observation Zishui Qinggan Dirnks Treating Kidney Liver Depression Perimenopausal Women With Hypertension

Objective：To observe the Zishui Qinggan Decoction on kidney deficiency and liverstagnation menopausal hypertension (grade1) curative effect observationMethods:70cases of kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation type this topicwill conform to the standards of the menopausal hypertension (1) were randomlydivided into two groups, namely experimental group and control group, each groupof35people.35in the control group given Naoliqing pills treatment, experimentalgroup35received Zishui Qinggan Decoction plus Naoliqing pills in the treatment of. The two groups were observed for4courses,1courses in7days. Change the two blood group, TCM syndrome, the modified Kupperman score were observed before and after treatment.Results:1blood pressure: comparative efficacy of antihypertensive in two groups, the experimental group the total effective rate was97.14%, total effective rate ofthe control group was79.97%, total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of the control group of2perimenopausal symptoms improved Kupperman score: two groups score, P <0.05, the experimental group of perimenopausal syndrome symptoms improved better than the control group. The experimental group total effectiveness91.43, the comparison group total effectiveness57.13%, the curative effect of experimental group on perimenopausal syndrome was better than the control group.3TCM syndrome: from traditional Chinese medicine curative effect, the total effective rate was97.45%in the experimental group, the control group the total effective rate was65.72%, the experimental group in the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine is obviously better than the control group.Conclusion: This study shows that, Zishui Qinggan Decoction combined into antihypertensive drugs for kidney deficiency and liver stagnation menopausal hypertension(1) patients, not only significant antihypertensive effect, but the TCM syndrome is also agood treatment of patients and improve menopausal symptoms, reduce the suffering ofpatients, improve the quality of life.
