Clinical Study On Zishui Qinggan Yikun Decoction In Treating Menopausal Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of zishui qinggan yikun decoction in treating menopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency syndrome,and to provide more clinical evidence for the treatment of climacteric syndrome.MethodsTo observe the kidney liver depression syndrome patients,178 cases of menopausal syndrome,provide zishui qinggan yikun decoction to treatment,treatment of 8 weeks,before and after treatment respectively fill in the list of syndromes and improved kupperman integral table,calculating integral values before and after the treatment,evaluation of curative effect;To examine the influence of the hormone levels of the women before and after treatment on the hormone levels of E2,FSH and LH,and to explore the mechanism of their action.The liver and kidney function before and after treatment was tested to determine the safety of the drug.Results(1)Zishui qinggan yikun decoction treating menopause syndrome curative effect is distinct,178 cases healed in 11 cases,accounted for 6.2%,74 cases had marked effect,accounted for 41.6%,87 cases had effect,accounted for 48.9%,and 6 cases ineffective,accounted for 3.4%,total effective rate was 97.8%.(2)The clinical symptoms of the patients were significantly improved,and there were significant differences in the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes table before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the therapeutic effect was better with the prolonged treatment.(3)The improved kupperman integral value decreased significantly,and there was a significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01);(4)Blood E2 was higher in female hormone levels than before treatment,and there was a significant difference(P<0.01)before and after treatment.Blood FSH and LH value decreased significantly before treatment,and statistically significant difference was observed before and after treatment(P<0.01).(5)There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function before and after treatment(P>0.05),all in the normal range,indicating that the drug was safe.ConclusionThe therapeutic effect of zishui qinggan yikun decoction on the treatment of the menopausal syndrome is significant and worthy of clinical application.
