The Clinical Effect Observation Of Cangqiong Granule In Treatment Of Children Allergic Rhinitis Lung-Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: Through clinical research,to observe whether Cangqiong Granule can effectively improve the uncomfortable symptoms of children allergic rhinitis lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome,and ultimately improve the quality of life of children with children allergic rhinitis lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome,and to provide a new idea for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:In this study,72 children patients with children allergic rhinitis lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome who met inclusion criteria,in accordance with the random number table,were divided into the observation group(not less than 30 cases)and the control group(not less than 30 cases),and the observation group oral Cangqiong Granule,while the control group oral Tongqiao rhinitis granule,continuous dosing 1 treatment course(14days),to observed the improvement of symptoms and signs before and after treatment,and conduct the syndrome quantitative score,SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis to objective evaluation of Cangqiong Granule the clinical curative effect.Results:Cangqiong Granule can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children allergic rhinitis lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome.1.Curative effect comparison:the effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 79.41% and 65.63% respectively on the 7th day and 91.18% and84.38% respectively on the 14 th day of treatment.The two groups were compared after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total curative effect of theobservation group was better than that of the control group;Before and after treatment,the two groups were compared within the group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both the observation group and the control group could effectively improve the symptoms of children allergic rhinitis lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome.2.Syndrome comparison:after treatment,compared between the two groups,the observation group was superior to the control group in improving the overall syndromes and the main syndromes(P<0.05),while the curative effect of the two groups was similar in improving the secondary syndrome(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups were compared respectively within the group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups had significant improvement on the overall syndrome,primary syndrome and secondary syndrome of children allergic rhinitis lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome.3.TCM clinical symptom integral comparison:the observation group was better than the control group in improving nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose,itchy eyes,diet reduce,nasal secretions,eye redness(conjunctival congestion),pale hyperemic and even swelling of nasal mucous membrane(P<0.05),while in improving nasal obstruction,fear the wind and fear the cold,easy sweating,drowsiness of limbs,weak and laziness to speak,dilute stool,clear urine,inferior turbinate hypertrophy and white lips,the two groups had the same curative effect(P>0.05).4.None of the two groups had adverse reactions during the treatment.4Conclusion:Through clinical observation and study,it is shown that Cangqiong Granule has a definite curative effect on Pediatric allergic rhinitis with lung-spleen qi deficiency.It is effective in improving nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose,eye itching,main and second symptoms and signs,and there was no obvious adverse reaction.
