| Objective:Observation and preliminary evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Shengyang Qufeng Zhixie Granules in treating spleen deficiency diarrhea in children,providing new ideas and methods for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.To provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of spleen deficiency type diarrhea in children.Methods:A total of 90 children who met the diagnostic criteria were collected in this study,including 11 cases of shedding,and 79 cases of actual research were completed.was given Shengyang Qufeng Zhixie Granules,and the control group was given montmorillonite powder combined with Clostridium butyricum viable powder.Both groups were treated for 7 days.After treatment,statistical analysis was performed on the changes in main symptoms,secondary symptoms,and total scores before and after treatment.Results:(1)The observation The total effective rate was 85.00%.There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy of the group(P <0.05),and the observation group.(2)In terms of improving the main stool frequency and stool shape,the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).(3)The scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group in terms of improving secondary symptoms,diet,abdominal distension and complexion after eating,and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).The observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Shengyang Qufeng Zhixie Granules is an effective prescription for the treatment of spleen deficiency in children.Compared with montmorillonite powder combined with Clostridium butyricum dual live bacteria powder group,it can better improve the stool frequency,stool characteristics,complexion,food Abdominal distension,mental and diet symptoms.No adverse reactions were found during the study and the clinical application was safe. |
