Clinical Study On Treatment Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Diarrhea(Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome) By Shengyang Yiwei Decoction

Objective: In this study,we conducted a randomized controlled trial to study the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome),and provide a new treatment for clinical treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea.The choice of medication.Methods: A prospective randomized controlled trial was performed in patients who were treated in the outpatient department of the Department of Hepatic Spleen and Gastroenterology,Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2018 to November 2018.A total of 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria of this subject were enrolled,and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with36 patients in each group.The treatment group was given Shengyang Yiwei Decoction and Shuijianbi,and the control group was given Oral Diarrhea Granules for 4 weeks(28 days).Before and after treatment,the second week(14 days)of treatment was used as a therapeutic evaluation point to observe the efficacy of TCM syndromes.Three months after the end of the treatment,telephone contact or outpatient follow-up,to verify the increase The efficacy and safety of Yangyiweitang is added.Results: A total of 72 patients were enrolled in the study,and 67 patients were actually completed.Among them,5 patients fell off the subject because they did not take the medicine on time.The final treatment group consisted of 33 patients and the control group 34 patients.1.Compare the general situation of the patients enrolled,and test by t test.The P values of the two groups were greater than 0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.,not statistically significant,so it is comparable.2.Total efficacy analysis: 9 cases were cured in the treatment group,18 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the total effectiverate was 93.93%.In the control group,4 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was88.34%.After comparison between the two groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.Improvement of clinical symptoms: comparison of single TCM symptoms: t test,P<0.05 in the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both groups of drugs can improve the symptoms of patients.After the treatment of each symptom,the main symptoms were P<0.05,which was statistically different.In the case of dysfunction,the symptoms of loss of appetite,depression or irritability and bowel sounds were compared between the groups after treatment,P<0.05.Studies have shown that the application of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction improves the efficacy of major TCM symptoms.4.Safety: After the study,the treatment group and the control group had mild abnormalities in the examination results.After analysis,they were not related to the drugs taken,so the safety of the two groups was good.Conclusion: Shengyang Yiwei Decoction is a clinically effective treatment for irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome).It can effectively improve patients' symptoms,improve patients' quality of life,and has high safety.It can be widely used in clinic.
