| Objective:To evaluate the clinical treatment of persistent diarrhea(spleen-kidney yang deficiency)in children by observing Zhixie Zisheng granules in terms of clinical comprehensive efficacy,western medical efficacy index,TCM syndrome score,comparison of major symptoms,and comparison of minor syndromes.Clinical efficacy of persistent diarrhea in children.Methods:60 patients with clinically consistent persistent diarrhea and spleen-kidney yang deficiency diagnosis criteria were included.The cases were all from the pediatric outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The selected children were randomly divided into treatment groups.30 patients were in the control group.The two groups of children were adjusted to diet,nutritional support,oral rehydration,correct dehydration and electrolyte disorders and other conventional treatment,in which the treatment group oral Zhixie Zisheng granules,the control group oral Bacillus subtilis live(Mommy love)Mongolian Scattered(Smecta).After 5 days of treatment,clinical comprehensive efficacy,western medical efficacy indicators,TCM syndrome scores,comparison of major syndromes,comparison of minor symptoms,and assessment of safety indicators were performed.Results:1.Comparison of clinical comprehensive curative effect between two groups of children:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%;the total effective rate in the control group was 73.33%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,group.2.Comparison of medical efficacy indicators in the West:After treatment,the efficacy indexes of the two groups of children in the West were statistically analyzed(P<0.05).It was proved that the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of diarrhea treatment time.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:TCM syndrome scores of two groups of children before treatment were statistically analyzed.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable before treatment.After 5 days of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups of children were statistically different(P<0.05),which proved that the efficacy of the TCM syndrome scores was better in the treatment group than in the control group.4.Comparison of main symptom scores of two groups of children:Comparison of the number of stools and stool characteristics of the two groups of children after 5 days of treatment,in which stool frequency scores were compared,with significant statistical differences(P<0.01),stool traits were compared,There was a statistical difference(P<0.05).It was shown that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the scores of the two main symptoms.5.Comparison of minor symptom scores between the two groups:Comparison of minor symptom scores of the two groups of children after 5 days of treatment,including abdominal pain and urine clearness,were statistically significant(P<0.05).),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group,the other minor symptoms were not statistically different(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group have similar efficacy.6.Safety indicators:blood safety,myocardial enzymes,ion and other safety indicators,before and after treatment are within the safety range,and there is no significant difference before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.The effect of Zhixie Zisheng Granules in the treatment of persistent diarrhea in children is superior to the use of B.subtilis viable bacteria(MMA)and montmorillonite(Smecta).2.Zhixie Zisheng granules treatment is superior to the simple use of Bacillus subtilis viable bacteria(MMA)and montmorillonite(Smecta)group in improving the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.3.Zhixie Zisheng granules in the treatment of persistent diarrhea in children without adverse reactions. |
