Study backgroundExternal humeral epicondylitis is a typical orthopedic disease of the elbow joint.With the increasing of urban pressure and work intensity,the number of patients with tennis elbow increases year by year.If the patients with external humeral epicondylitis are not treated in time,they are easy to form intractable pain of elbow joint,which brings inconvenience to normal life.External humerus epicondylitis is a kind of "Zhoubi" disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Richard Jin Palace Bachuorounian Manipulation is a characteristic technique in the treatment of external humerus epicondylitis.The treatment of external humeral epicondylitis with traditional Chinese medicine massage has a significant effect.The treatment of external humeral epicondylitis with 17.64N,the rolling force back-rotation is about 31.91N,the buckling bending drawing force is about 36.39N,the rolling force pre-rotation is about 30.15N,and the stretch drawing and thrusting force is about 38.26N.1.2 The standardized outcome of the Bachuorounian manipulation kinematics indicatorsThe kinematic parameters are as follows:elbow joint back-rotation angle is about 49.86°,elbow joint buckling angle is about 78.47°,elbow joint pre-rotation angle is about 50.13°,elbow joint stretch extension angle is about 89.21°.1.3 The standardized outcome of the Bachuorounian manipulation timeIn this study,it was found that in the process of the Richard Jin Palace Bachuorounian manipulation,patients with back-rotation had 6 times of that phase,and the time of that one was about 2.79s.Patients with buckling phase had three elbow flexion operations,and the time of one buckle was about 2.63s.Patients with pre-rotation had 6 times of that phase,and the time of one time was about 2.59s.The patient's elbow joint was streatch once,which took about 1.67s,and the total time of this manipulation was about 41.53s.2 The related of the Manipulate operation standardized parameter2.1 There is a significant positive correlation between the back-rotation rolling force and the late buckling presswork force,pre-rotation preswork force and stretch presswork force.2.2 There is a significant There is a significant negative correlation between the force of preloading and the angle of back-rotation phase.3 The correlation between patients's personal influnencing factors and standardized parameter of manipulation operation.3.1 There is a significant correlation between patients's weight and the force of buckling phase after Multiple linear regression analysis.3.2 The influencing factors of the stretching force were the patient's body weight,body mass index and the local tenderness value.3.3 There is a significant correlation between the elbow angle of back-rotation phases and elbow circumference.3.4 There are all have a significant negative correlation between the elbow angle of back-rotation or pre-rotation and direase course.Study conclusion?
